I have never reviewed any business and probably won't going forward, but I had to make an exception for American Home Water and Air - I have never experienced such good customer service from any industry, anytime, anywhere. They are responsive, professional, compassionate, and transparent. It was truly amazing to me how above-and-beyond they went to make sure they did everything they could to repair my AC unit in the fastest, cheapest, and most effective way possible. I have shared my customer experience story with anyone who will listen, it was that good.

Just purchased an air conditioning system and was very impressed with the service received. Will Elizalde was dedicated and determined to make sure the service was solid. Vernon Kea replaced my thermostat the next day and was determined not to leave until I was happy and things were done to my satisfaction. Very professional.

American Home Water and Air came back the next week on their own and not with me asking them to, in order to make sure things were done well and correctly. That is a nice feature offered by the company. Would use the Company for future projects.

I am so impressed with this company. I needed a quote to replace both of my AC|heating units. They came right away with a very good price for Trane units. The day of installation, they showed up on time, communicated with me and did a very professional job. They used great technology to keep me in the loop through text messages, email. I have all records in my inbox and a great and professionally installed brand new system.

Max Sear from American Home Water and Air stopped by today to diagnose and replace the brine tank for our water softener system. Max was professional to a “t” and we really appreciate his help. We’re had great service and responsiveness from American Home Water and highly recommend their products and services.

Omar installed their President water softener. He advised me on the system our home needed. He did a very thorough job installing it and left the place neat and clean. He also explained everything about its maintenance, its 10-year parts and labor warranty and patiently answered all my questions. He was on time for the appointment and spent as much time as needed to complete the installation and hauling away the old water softener and piping. On the whole a very good experience. I like to use this company for my HVAC and water heater and filtration needs.

Highly recommend them for AC repair. Nick immediately diagnosed the issue, but the part was not available. So he was able to fix the issue with a temporary solution so we will not be without AC. Nick installed the part once it arrived. All repaired. Thank you again American Home Water and Air.

Higi, our technician arrived and completed our water heater drain and flush. We appreciate the education he provides to his customers. We also had a new faucet installed in our laundry tub. The workmanship is outstanding and he is meticulous with his clean up. Customer service is alive and well with the service we receive.
