We had our RO installed and although we love it, installation was a bit off. We’ve had it before and it just seems the way it was installed this time is for someone that is left handed. The installer never asked what side we wanted it the lever to be on. He did ask what side of the sink we wanted it but didn’t show me the handle and I didn’t even think about it until he left. It just feels so weird every time we use it and I wish he would have asked us.

We have used Am home for several things. Tim takes care of our A/C and we trust him. They have come here in a few hours time in the summer.

My technician Darrell was on time, courteous, and professional. The maintenance service was done efficiently and neatly.

The service personnel were very thorough and answered my my technical and general questions. Appreciated the addition of the leak collector under the heater. Original heater leaked and caused water damage. The heater that was just replaced was starting to leak but was replaced in time.

Omar came in and quickly replaced my whole home and reverse osmosis filters. He was very polite and courteous.

The technician (Tim) was very courteous and knowledgeable on our A/C-Heating system. He filled us in on what he did and what he found. He would definitely be the technician we would ask to have again.

Hiji made it all the way to Maricopa to repair a faulty water softener system that was flooding my garage, plus another odd plumbing feature by whoever last tended the water heater. Very professional and up-front. Will use again in the future.
