American Home Water and Air

We had a great experience with American Home Water & Air for - They are very responsive to our urgent request, while many other HVAC service providers failed to get back to us in timely manner, professional in his work, and did an excellent job identifying and solving our issues in an efficient manner. I would highly recommend them for folks with HVAC issues, especially if time sensitive.

I was driving past this company doing work at another house and ask them if they had time to do an estimate at my house. Within minutes I had a proposal in front of me. Being an out-of-state contractor myself in the same trade I cannot stand companies that are not transparent and quick to the price these guys are, and they delivered exactly what they said they would. The install was perfectly clean they used drop cloths and the two that installed the work were very polite and courteous. The garage for our short term rental will feel comfortable for anyone working out thanks to the new ductless unit they installed.

I had my air conditioner installed and a water softener installed back in 2016. I have had them perform the maintenance since then and Tim Scott is the tech I always request. Top notch service and even better trustworthy. I plan on setting my daughter up with them also at her new home.

Prompt service. Gave a 4 hour window to show up and was there within in the first hour. Very knowledgeable. Had 2 other companies come out and couldn't figure out the problem, my tech TIM had it figured out in 30 minutes and explained it to where it made sense. I will be using again.

The team at AWHA is always professional, they take their time to do the job right, and provide a thorough review of the system. I sign up annually for this maintenance since the unit was installed by them in 2019 and they always answer all of my questions. Their team is consistent, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond. Thanks again Tim for a job well done and answering all of my questions!

These folks installed 2 new units for me 3-4 years back. I have them on a service contract, and they do a great job of keeping the systems ticking over. I found them on Yelp and they had one of the highest ratings there. Highly recommended.

6/8/23 - I have taken up a biannual service contract with AHWA and it has worked out well. They come regularly and clean and overhaul my two units every six months. This last week one of the systems had a problem. They were willing to come out the same day, but i told them it would be fine the next day. Turns out one of the caps had failed, they were able to diagnose and repair quickly. The beauty of the maintenance contract is preferential service attention, a discount on the repairs and no initial call out diagnosis fee. Friendly service technicians. Highly recommend these folks

Our old AC's motor blew. It was replaced and we will be getting a new AC unit due to the upkeep, efficiency, and age of the old one through American Home Water and Air. Trey was great with his work and was quick. Evan provided us great info/insight into buying a new unit. Thanks all.

We moved into a new home and I decided to use our single garage as a home gym. I contacted several different companies in the valley for a mini split A/C system and received a number of quotes. Many companies tried to oversell me on what I needed - one company tried to sell me a 24k BTU unit for a 265 sq ft garage and wanted to pull up my driveway for the extra power needed (over $13k quote)!

Most companies charge between $4k - $8k for a 12k BTU ductless mini split installation. I paid an electrician $550 to run the wire, and American Home Water & Air was the ONLY company that provided honest, straightforward pricing on their mini split as well as their water softeners. I ended up hiring them to do both and we are satisfied with the professionalism, service, and quality so far. I was able to get my brand new mini split, water softener, and chlorine filter all installed for under $5k.
