I've always used AHWA for my water needs going back to 2011. What discriminates them from others is their products are a notch above their competitor's quality-wise. Had a softener installed and a loop retrofit done recently to accomodate it. One if the best, cleanest jobs I've seen and ever had done in our home. I'm in construction, so I see it all and I'm very pleased with the install, the work, the product, the people and the price. Will definitely recommend and continue to use American Home Water & Air. Grateful for the 5 system reverse osmosis professional level filter change.

I give them 5 stars on service, and 3 on sales because the tech did a professional installation, and the company upsold us 3 or 4 times even after we respectfully declined. However, the tech stated that the system was 10 years old and needed to be replaced, abd then he also upsold us and provided us with an estimate.

While we would love to own a new & better system, we have not budgeted for that. And so, I choose to believe with regular yearly maintenace it will last beyond the warranty.

HVAC tech performed yearly maintenance on heat pump. Several hours later I noticed the unit was not blowing cool air. I checked the thermostat settings and did not find anything wrong with it. I went outside and checked the outdoor coil unit and discovered the fuse panel box open with the fuse sitting on top of the panel. I replaced the fuse back in the panel and the system started cooling again. I called the company the next day and explained what happened. The receptionist took my information and said a supervisor would call me back but never received a call back. See attached photo.

We have been using this company for a couple of years. They perform annual maintenance on our water softener and RO filters. Rich was on time, professional and informative.

Tim did routine AC service, explained everything well, my Master Bed is better cooling now.
