I run a business in Tempe. One of my employees referred me to Paramount Home Services when our A/C stopped blowing cool air. The 1st visit was by Samuel. Very professional and nice young man! We thought it would be an inexpensive fix unfortuanetly the compressor went out after only 6 years. They were not the ones that installed. Side note, dont buy coleman units!! Anyway, Samuel had us up and running on the next day as he had to order the compressor overnight delivery. Once installed we had a nice cool breeze. Unfortunately, it went out again after only a week. Samual honored the warranty and replaced it a 2nd time. He spent along time diagnosing and verified nothing else was wrong. Once again 3 weeks later the air was blowing hot. This time Samual came out with his supervisor Adrian. Very professional and knowledgeable also! They spent about 45 minutes and found that one of the casings holding the fuse/ regulator was loose casuing it to misfire and not run properly. It was also determined that it will probably come loose again at some point and I should replace when it does or keep tightening. Alls good now!! Icy cold this morning in the office. My take is that any comapny that stands behind there work needs to be shared to the public. I would recommend Paramount Home Service. I plan on using them for both my business and my home needs!

I've very pleased with the service and guidance I have gotten from Pinnacle Air. They were able to work with my packed schedule and the gentleman who came to my house was right on time and so friendly. After an in depth check up of my full system he was able to do some maintenance to make sure my units were ready for the summer. I originally reached out to get a quote on a full replacement on two units. I was provided this quote but also the knowledge that my two units are in good shape and should be ready for another summer or two. I'm glad to have this quote on hand so I'm prepared when the time finally comes to replace them. I'm happier though knowing I wasn't coerced into early replacements and that the techs at Pinnacle's main focus is extending the life of my current units. Excellent company and very professional. Definitely my go to AC company moving forward and I would highly recommend them!!

Pinnacle Air and Heating installed our ductless heating AC units. The installation went perfectly despite our changing of minds now and then. They kept us informed throughout the whole process, were very neat and timely. I was impressed and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They were awesome! I had Shamir as my serviceman & he was soo awesome! He showed up just right before I had to leave for work & he hopped on the roof & bam right on time for me to go he finished up. He made me the priority! He was so nice, professional & like I said an awesome worker!

Pinnacle Air delivers the best customer service and we have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences with Brady and the tech they sent to us within 40 minutes! They bent over backwards for us and we appreciated them for going above and beyond! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I worked with a handful of staff members in order to replace my HVAC system and each of them were friendly and professional. They were able to explain what the problem was and how to fix it in terms I could understand. They worked efficiently and even put in extra evening hours to make sure my new system was good to go. Highly recommend!

Amazing service. I was concerned that my units were going out, but instead of pressuring me to buy new ones, they were able get me a few more years out of the ones I have. Very honest and reliable, definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a good price.

I give ZERO stars to this company....The guy Brady that answers the phone is extremely rude!!! A reminder to companies in the service industry...you never know who you are talking to in your community. It might be in your best interest to not hang up on people.
