My recent experience with Tucker Hill was top-notch! Mr. Daniel Medina is extremely knowledgeable, customer focused, and 100% committed to quality. Daniel walked me through his inspection process, thoroughly and carefully assessed every element of our water heater system, identified impending failures and current hazards. While performing his preventive maintenance tasks, he considered second and third-order effects, thereby preventing additional maintenance and avoiding subsequent costs to his customer. We had our sink faucet not doing cold water just hot. So we called Tucker Hill to help us fix it. Daniel Medina came on time when he said he would get there. Only to find out we had the wrong part on our faucet. So he gave us the price right away, and got the part in about 30 minutes and fixed it right up. It was a fast job, and he was very polite. He made conversation as well as answered every question we had. Overall just an amazing experience working with them and will do it again if needed in the future. Daniel Medina and Tucker Hill is the way to go! Remarkable company.

Daniel from Tucker Hill was just out to do annual maintenance on our 6 year old water heater. He was professional, friendly, and informative. He checked all the faucets and connections in the home and he made sure the recirculation pump was working properly. He drained and flushed the tank and checked the anode rod. He answered all of my questions and gave me some good tips for what we can do to keep things problem free. Daniel is very well trained as a plumber but also in customer service. I love dealing with Tucker Hill. They never try to sell you something you don't need or repair something that isn't really broken. 5 stars for Daniel and for Tucker Hill!!

I took advantage of Tucker Hill's special on a water heater flush and inspection. I was scheduled quickly and the office kept me informed about my appointment the entire time. Daniel, the technician, arrived on time. He was thorough and explained everything as he went along. There weren't any sales pitches, just facts. I am extremely satisfied with Tucker Hill and recommend them.

Daniel Medina was professional and courteous and informative. He used caution to ensure that the service requested did not damage my tables unit. He also did the plumbing inspection. This is the second service I have had with Tucker Hill and both times I was appreciative of the professionalism and kindness shown. They are definitely a company to consult. Brandon re-arranged our breakers to provide the most efficient and safe use for our changing needs. Had to install a new outlet in a new spot on the wall and there was Absolutely no mess left behind. Im impressed with his knowledge above and beyond what we expected. Very polite as well. I would recommend Tucker to everyone. Great company.

Brandon went above and beyond expectations, informing me of the work and any issues and adjustments. He replaced a ceiling fan, four fans wall switch replaced, the entire house electrical outlets upgraded, and both bathroom exhaust fans upgraded with Alexa, and checked the attic cluster boxes. My main concern was the cluster boxes, which should be everyone's concern, too - one spark is all it takes. Glad all was good. I loved the 12 mos no-interest financing to get the work done. Brandon and Tucker Hill are on my speed dial! I would make the following recommendations that a walk-through is made to make of any trash or residues are vacuumed. There was some wall dust and residue on the carpet where one of the wall switches were replaced. Aside from that, I love the upgrades - sorely needed. Brandon and Tucker Hill did not disappoint!

From the moment the project manager Jason came to my house the job ran smooth. Dustin Bunger and his co-worker Ricky Gonzales did an amazing job installing my new heat and AC units. Hardest working pair of guys I know. Not to be outdone was Jamie Pitts along with his boss Jeff who installed my new water heater and fixed a few plumbing problems as well. I was very impressed with all the work and would recommend them to anyone. I hope I don't need anymore work done but if I do I will call Tucker Hill. Jay and Michele Rich.
