I was amazed that two guys could knocked out my AC replacement in one day but they did it. Left everything cleaner than how they found it. I appreciated the different options they provided above the basic install. I did not mind paying extra because I knew exactly what I was getting.

They were extremely friendly, on time and fast. I would recommend SMW to anyone who has AC needs. Over the years my old dying AC was worked on by numerous companies/people. None were as good as SMW. I am a customer for life.

Paul Miller was very friendly and helpful! He explained about the issues with our HVAC system very well and let us know what needed to be done.There were couple of issues, he identified the real and important ones and dealt with it. He repaired just what needed to be repaired. He was not pushy and over selling guy, putting the customer in the dark. He was honest and proud with his work which comes with warranty & guaranteed. We have decided,he will be our ac guy from now onwards.10 out of 10

We had a great experience with this company two years ago in replacing our heat pump with a Trane. But now that our two year complimentary "club" membership is expiring, the person they sent out for the last service spent the vast majority of his time trying to sell us $2,200 worth of stuff. Although he has the title of technician, he obviously gets paid on commission. I will not ever use this company again because I wouldn't trust that they weren't selling things we didn't need. Very disappointing.

Company can me highly recommend and I can see why. Came for a second opinion on my system. First company was full of BS. I did not need a whole new system and no leak where one was reported. SMW is a quality company with solid rep. Jeff was great and knows his job. Fixed and ready for summer. I now have a great AC company and look forward to summer.

Brandon was awesome checked are unit out and gave us all the info. We feel much more comfortable knowing are system is doing just fine. We will definitely reach out for any work and regular check ups in the future!

We have been using SMW for 4+ yrs & have never had any issues with them….they’ve always delivered what they promised and their techs have always been on time(or early😁), been very knowledgeable & helpful!! I would recommend SMW to anyone! Thank you SMW😄😄😄

Great company! Seriously everyone I have worked with has been friendly and professional. My A/C system went down while I was in the middle of getting quotes from 3 different companies. I got recommended to them by my friend who had their system replaced last year. SMW's quote was the most comprehensive in what they replaced and went into the details vs some of the competitors quotes were generic and didn't talk about the scope of the work they would be doing.

I worked with Jeff Pepin for the initial quote. They gave me 3 separate quotes based on like for like replacement or upgrade options. 14 seer/16 seer/18 seer. All were at a fair price.

For install I had Joe Rivera and he was super friendly and explained everything about what I had before and what they replaced and upgraded.

Lastly Troy Adam's came out a week later to check up on how the system was running and to ensure I was satisfied.

Brandon was really nice and helpful and got our coils cleaned and checked out our system. I highly recommend SMW Refrigeration and Heating to anyone needing maintenance on their unit. They are really good at communicating when the tech is coming over and making sure you don't miss your maintenance service.

They installed an entire new Trane system for us about 5 years or so ago. EVERY time they have been out to do routine maintenance there has been something wrong that has needed to be fixed/replaced. The prices have ranged from a few hundred to almost $900. They have always been polite however after the last maintenance service a neighbor approached us and told us the techs make commission on what they can sell on calls. We don’t know this for sure but, after always finding something wrong we decided to go with another company in the future.
