Fidel was amazing. He worked diligently to get our AC repaired and back online. SMW was so responsive to our need given this heat wave and scheduled us immediately. Thank you so much. The professionalism is unprecedented!

Had David R over to do some repairs and he let me know that my AC wouldn’t last much longer He was right. 2 mos later and I had he was back over. We decided to pull the trigger on getting a new unit. David was great through the whole process. Got a great deal and had my A/C unit out in a few days later. This is a great company and they don’t tell you a bunch of lies just to rank up some expenses. If you use them you won’t be sorry.

Nice locally owned business. Very responsive and trustworthy. Lots of good communication. They send a reminder about the visit, a picture and name of the tech coming out. He introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, asked if I had any questions. Then he had a couple recommendations for things that needed to be fixed and he explained why. Got that repair scheduled 2 days later. He showed me pictures and even the old motor and showed me why it needed to be replaced (it was obvious when he showed me, bearings going bad.) I'm glad we have them come out for regular ac maintenance twice a year because that motor probably wouldn't have made it through the summer 😓 🥵

Bryan Blackson came and correct the issue I had with 4 ton Goodman unit I had a random issue with error code 04 on ECM board. He found some loose connections on the board and also fuse disconnect was loose. Bryan went above and beyond and checked my other unit also.
Update. 12-14-22 Bryan replaced the thermal expansion valve, for the heat system to perform as required.
Also advice me to use hard start kit to prolong the unit.
Update 1/30/23
Bryan stop by to check the heating and cooling of the unit, using the pressure gauge. Stated that unit is working efficiently, I would like thank Bryan and SMW for there services.

Installed a new unit with these guys 13 months ago. They have a nice 2 year workmanship warranty on their invoice. I was told this was going to cover labor if anything breaks within 2 years. It's a nice play on words. Workmanship 2 year warranty basically covers nothing at all. Not even a year and a half later and my new unit doesn't work anymore. I've been a good owner of the unit, never keeping it below 78, changing filters every month religiously. Sad. Nice play on words guys.

Edit to owners reply: why would I let you inspect the unit when you fooled me with your 2 year workmanship warranty that covers nothing. You told me it would be a charge for labor to look at the unit. Then a charge for labor to fix the until you installed. Why give you more business with your foolery. I guess this is how yoir business operates. Cheap installs hoping to get a call back in 13 months to fix the bad install.

Maybe next time someone who chose you for a new unit install calls at the 13 month mark with their unit not working, you can atleast afford to send a tech to check it out complimentary with their workmanship 2 year warranty. Until then have fun being cheap with my 1 star review. Way to solve the issue, and lose a customer. Thank you ma'am.

The service tech was on time. In uniform and looked well out together. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and completed the repair quickly. He seemed to have alot of knowledge in the AC field. I'd recommend SMW for any related AC services. Great job

There was a little confusion as to whether I would be home in the morning or not. We got that straightened out and technician Paul came in the early afternoon. He did a thorough job of checking my system out and washing my condenser coils. He has serviced my unit before and is a very courteous and efficient technician.

Paul was great! He was very nice and informative. He cleaned out my system, and gave me tips for me to help keep it clean in the future! He was very helpful, and this was an overall great experience! Would recommend this company 100%.
