SMW is always thorough and professional. Paul Miller is knowledgeable, congenial, and thorough when he performs maintenance on our systems. Jonelle is also excellent with scheduling and follow up calls. Great company with great employees!

David was great to work with and fully explained what was being performed. We also got a quote for a new system in which he took the time to explain the options as well what was included without a hard sell.

Travis performed my maintenance check. Recommended that I get the air ducts cleaned. SMW performed this task, and my air is as fresh and cold as ever. My Trane ac unit is running at maximum efficiency.

We had a chiller system blower that needed to be replaced. We had a great experience with the techs and office staff on communicating options. We also had a tight window that we needed the job done. Everyone we worked with was professional and the result was better than I expected. Definitely recommending to other people. It was nice to have good communication, the job completed at a high caliber, and working with us to get it done timely.

Maintenance, check voltages, cleaned coils, and installed surge protection on electrical disconnect box. Dave did a great job, explained the items he was working on and why. I was in building Maintenance before retirement. So it all made sense what he told me.

I did a lot of shopping around, they got me everything I was looking on my budget, with top of the line equipment. The maintenance plan makes it very easy to keep my new machines in the game for the long term.

As it turned out nothing was wrong but David went above and beyond to make sure. I thought my thermostat was malfunctioning.

Dave Rodriquez again, went above and beyond and did a thorough maintenance check of my Bosch ac/heating system. He's awesome and now my go to tech if anything goes wrong with my system in the future.
