I've been using SMW for close to 10 years now and have never been disappointed. Always receive great response and service. They assisted with repairs and replacement of my unit several times over the years. By several I don't mean issues per se, they come every 6 months or so for maintenance. If there was an issue, they respond immediately and the technicians are skilled and kind. Thank you SMW for keeping my home the perfect temperature!
