Monday Jose came out to give us an estimate, throughly explained the system, and installation process. Gave us a very reasonable estimate. He was then able to schedule installation on Wednesday. Higi and Ian showed up a few minutes early for installation. Higi explained installation process, and then he and Ian went to work. When they finished, Higi explained the process, and how we needed to handle the salt. All said and done, excellent services and installation. Very happy with the prompt service, communication, and friendly staff.I will keep American water in mind for any future plumbing needs. On time and straightforward! A simple maintenance appointment but the technician answered our questions, the appointment was easy to schedule, and the service and price were exactly what they said. I'd recommend and use them again.
