Had Tim come out for an inspection of my systems. They were very polite and professional, explained every check they would perform. I also received a text message before the appointment time showing their location to me and estimated arrival time. Very easy to make appointment with the inside staff. Will definitely use them in the future.

Hired these guys on the spot at the Home Show in March ‘22 when they promised me 2 “Hot” buttons for instant hot water. They then refused to give those to me after asking repeatedly. THEN the tankless water heater they installed on March 12 is faulty. Hot water now takes longer than the 60 gallon water tank I replaced. Timer on main board doesn’t work at all. Was promised it would be repaired. That was almost 5 months ago!!! No callls, no follow-up and I’m out $4000+ for a unit that is STILL defective upon install and I’m now stuck with it. DO NOT use these people. They DO NOT back up their product or keep their word for promises made prior to installation and for repair or replacement of damaged/defective product. Waste of my time and lots of money. Going tankless with this company was a HUGE mistake!!!

This company installed a new RO system in our newly remodeled kitchen. We got the 6 filter system and are very happy with it. The taste is great & water pressure is good. Our faucet started spraying out of the end suddenly after 5 weeks. A day after I called a service technician was here. It was fixed in 15 minutes. The tiny screen had come dislodged and it was a simple adjustment. I would recommend this company for RO installs.

Purchased our 1st water softener from American Home in 2012. Sold home and purchased 2nd water softener and RO system in 2019. Very fair pricing and excellent service after the sale.

We have used this company twice now and Jorge has come both times. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. The office team is also very helpful and got Jorge out the second time we had a BIG emergency!
I will be calling the office in the morning to reiterate what a JEM of a worker they have working for them!!

Both of our new air conditioning units were not circulating cold air and it became very humid in our home. American Home Water & Air sent technician Tim Scott to our home a few hours after I called. Great response time and Tim was very thorough in checking the insulation, coils, freon, coolant, etc. He found some issues and made the appropriate repairs. He just left our home so we are hoping that the humid air goes away over night. Thanks Tim and American Home Water and Air for coming to our home so quickly and professionally!

Many thanks to Ruben and his crew. These young men not only did excellent work, they explained what they would be doing, asked if I had any questions, and kept me posted. I was also very impressed with how thorough they were with cleaning all areas they worked in. Great job!

Great service, Tim is a very professional Tech, performed a thorough check of my A/C system. I have used this company for all my A/C and heat system needs as well as my water softener system. Very happy with their service and technicians.
