American Home Water and Air

I needed a plumber to replace a worn-out hot water tank. I threw it out on Yelp and found a few folks that responded with different prices and what they intended to do for me. Well, I found American Plumbing satisfied what I needed and gave a very competitive quote. They replaced both hot and cold water lines to the tank, the pan that it sits on, and of course, a new Bradford water tank.

Daniel, the service technician, did a great job and arrived early for my appointment. He knew what he was doing and was a well-trained installer; he cleaned up very well after he installed the new tank. He also went over the warranty and was very friendly

Vernon Kea and Jared Lee did a great job installing our new split system. These two folks were very professional and did an excellent job on our installation. They left everything so clean, you would never know they were here doing major work installing our new system. From the sales person James to the great install, I would highly recommend American Home Water and Air. By the way, they are also great for soft water and RO systems. Hats off to Vernon and Jared!

My AC unit died on a 109 degree day (Thursday). They were able to get someone out same day. I bought a new unit Thursday night. They fit in the installation the 2 next evenings after their full schedule and worked until 9:00 & 10:00 PM to get it done (which they didn’t have to do). I had a new furnace and new AC and my house was cool Saturday night. They really went above and beyond, were very professional, and take pride in what they do. Special thanks to Vernon and Nick this time. Also shout out to Darryl and “Rook”(ie).

We have used American Home Water and Air for our hot water heater, R/O, Water Softener as well and they are always affordable, reliable and we keep coming back.

Higi was excellent! Great service! He was very professional and explained everything throughout the process. He fixed our water softener system in a timely manner. He made it seem so easy and fast.

Worst plumbing service ever. They only care about getting the $80 estimation fee without even doing a proper inspection of the problem.

OMG, I love this company and they are a lifesaver, honest, and do excellent work. I have used them in the past . My kids place had a leak and we had a m Mitigate team go in to find out what was wrong because a room ceiling started to collapse in an area. They said there was something wrong with the AC. That same day I called American home and they had somebody out there within the hour and then he came back with the part s and fixed everything. I could have never gotten that response from any other air-conditioning company. Leo Was professional honest and kept me in the loop on everything since I do not live in that house. Any other company would’ve charge me an arm and a leg and probably would’ve taken a week to get out there. This company is a lifesaver.
