Contacted AHWA to service my failing water softener and they responded quickly and repaired the system. Omar performed diagnostics and repaired the system promptly. This was the 2nd time of used AHWA and the experience exceeded my expectations. Great communication, friendly staff, and, prompt service. Thanks AHWA.

Water heater pilot light. Service tech Omar “nice guy” , he didn’t repair anything, I had to tell him what parts he needs, he didn’t have parts. Seems like he only replaces water heaters. He asked his manager and they quoted $850 to replace a $40 part. I called another service, they had the thermocouple and did the repair for $240.

I’m pleased with the service I received for ongoing maintenance of my AC unit (also purchased from American Home Water). The technician came on time and made a thorough inspection of the unit, and included photos of his inspection. Scott was pleasant, professional, and answered all my questions.

AC fixed yesterday. Trevor was great. So far all is great.

Jorge arrived to service our R.O. System installed in 2018 by American Home Water and Air. He quickly found the issue which requires replacing the unit. Jorge was so efficient, the job was completed in about 15 minutes altogether!

So happy to find a company that doesn't rip you off because of your address. They are responsive, give the best product and prices. Friendly, informative and Have the upmost INTEGRITY. Darrell was great. one AC went out on Friday afternoon. spoke to him on telephone. was on his way out but told him it could wait till saturday. had another unit to cool other part of house. responded as he said he would and did repair made sure unit wa working ok. thanks

We had a new softwater unit installed and an RO system. Gerardo was great. When I decided I wanted a leak detector under the kitchen sink he called around and had someone from the company deliver one so he could install it. We found out they do duct cleaning and also ac. We are happy to have found this company. It was my son that referred me to American Home Water & Air.

Had an emergency hot water heater replacement today. Called at 8AM, and ws immediately connected to someone helpful. Explained the situation and had 2 technicians out mid afternoon. Quick, professional, clean. Kind and helpful and installed a superior product. Our new go-to for repairs we can't do ourselves.
