Kim , Kevin from Isleys and Eric from Lowe’s have been fantastic. My wife and I were going with a Lennox unit from Costco simarly to what we bought from Isleys. In the end the customer service we received from Isleys changed ours minds. Great service great product. Thank you.

I really needed there help right after my surgery, and they came over right away so that I would be comfortable after my surgery. I really want to thank them to me and to my mom at least 20-25 years of business with her. I do think you’re a little costly but you pay for what you get. Thank you very much a happy customer

Had our AC go out over night and woke up to our house over 90 degrees. Called around and most "emergency" AC services said they weren't available on sundays but Isley was. The guy who came out figured out the issue, gave us options and was done quickly. Only reason not 5 star is the service charge for him to come out was doubled because it was sunday which seems like a business taking advantage of someone's emergency. As far as I can tell though, that's industry standard. Assuming you can get someone out for your emergency at all.

Isleys is great.They came out after hours and made everything quick and easy. They aren't scammers.

I have a three year old unit, that was being weird. I explained the problem and when we turned on the air it did not act up. The technician did not make me feel like I was just imagining things. He told me it sounded like a certain problem, and he was right! He went up on the roof did a TLC check up and noticed the blower relay failed. They are very concerned, professional, efficient and knowledgable. They answer all your questions and have fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

AC went out in home that was less than two years old and the builders HVAC contractor couldn’t come to us for 5 days. 111° Outside and 88° inside our home. Isley’s came out within the hour and got our house cool again!!

Isley's did a great job. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional, and we couldn't be more pleased with our new Trane air conditioner and the Air Scrubber Plus.

I've used Isley's Home Service for several years both for A/C repair and service as well as plumbing repair. Isley's provides prompt and efficient service. The technicians always take time to explain the problem and resolutions to solve the problem. I will continue to use Isley's Home Service.
