I am impressed with the level of service, the urgency with which the technicians handled the job and the courtesy they showed me. I do recommend them highly. I had four technician over a five-day period and they all had the expertise needed to get the job done efficiently.

$1,000 dollar per hour install. I was charged $3,000 to install a unit that costs a little less than $2,000. It took around 3 hours for it to be installed. I'm happy with the unit, and the technician's recommendation for what I needed was spot-on, but charging that rate is totally ridiculous. When I asked about the very high price for the install, I was told that the $3,000 paid for the installation and for some additional warranty, but I didn't have the option to forego it. I was also told it would take a few guys all day to install it and set it up, so I understood a bit more. Really, it took two kids maybe 3 hours at most. Good product, but I can't recommend them because of their rates.

I had the 16 point tune up special done this week. The technician, Brian, was the most professional technician/plumber/maintenance person we've had over the last 5 years. He was respectful of our clean home. He ran the tests he needed to, clearly explained the issue and our options and what each of our options might cost. Very happy with this service.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air on Friday of a three day weekend. One call after hours and I got a call back, they offered same day service. I scheduled an appointment and they had my AC up and running same day. The service man called and kept us updated as to his arrival. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We are very satisfied

Our air conditioner needed replacing, and instead of looking to the previous company which was more about bringing in $$ than providing good service, I had Isley's give me a quote. Their quote came in $2k less than the previous company's "overstocked" deal, and Isley's included resizing my ductwork so the system could perform at maximum efficiency instead of just dropping a new unit on the roof and calling it "done".

I have a neighbor who does commercial HVAC, and he came over and asked the installers questions about their procedures that the layman (me) would have no idea to ask. When he finished he told me these guys are the real deal and were doing everything right, without cutting corners.

I would recommend Isley's to my mother and be confident that they would treat her right.

I originally called Isley's to install a new water softener in our house. Their service was great and since then I have used them exclusively to fix plumbing and AC issues. They are prompt, courteous and straight-up about their pricing. Every time I call I get same day service, which is a must with AC problems in AZ. I highly recommend them.

Great team came in and replaced existing hvac system with 3 zones. Took about 10 hrs to tear everything out and install an entire system. Very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend using them.

I had then come out for two foundation water leaks about two years apart. They came out immediately, helped me to understand what and where the leak occured. Gave me several options and prices for repairs. Followed up with very professional repairs and extremely fair prices.

The repairman was personable, honest and skilled in getting things back in order on a timely basis.

Cant ask for much more and will use them again when needed. I would also recommend them to anyone that needed help.

You get what you pay for...value and peace of mine. Look no further. Isley's will get the job done and on time. Customer service and technicians were very professional and curious. Moved into a new property and the plumbing was a complete disaster, called Isley's and they were out there the next day! No more leaky faucets, pipes, etc, everything works perfect! Thank you Isley's you have a customer for life.

Awesome Service Techs. Introduced themselves, got right to the problem and were very polite and respectful. I would never call anyone else for my Mechanical and Plumbing issues. You guys are the best!!
