I had Matt do my first visit for some minor repairs and he was excellent. He was thorough and spoke simply so that I understood his repairs and the condition of current plumbing. I signed up for a once a year plumbing "tune-up" which I did today. He checked all plumbing on the tune-up checklist and was very thorough. With that he made time to make some further repairs I discovered since his last visit. This is a new home for us so things are surfacing with time. The company is excellent and professional and went out of their way to accommodate my time frame in between my own appts. The previous owners couldnt say enough about their service. I agree!

The tech came for the 6 month check up on my newly installed units. He noticed that a split unit I had on a different part of the home did not have a surge protector installed on it. He took care of it in short order and now all the units on our property are protected. Thanks for treating me like family and looking out for my safety and comfort.

We have used Isley's for the twice-yearly serving of our home A/C and Heating systems for about the last 15 years. We are the original owners of a 1993 UDC home and used Isley's to extend the life of the original two-zone A/C and Heating system as long as possible. Once the repairs on the old system were no longer cost effective, we used Isley's for the purchase and installation of a new (and significantly improved) system. And now we have them service the new systems twice a year to maintain in good working order. So we have a long and deep history with Isley's and highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I have used Isley’s for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs for several years including on-going care programs. I recently had four instances of need for immediate attention to problems this summer: AC failure, water heater replacement and damaging water leaks. In all cases their communications and response occurred quickly and effectively, including after hours when needed. All of their people have been courteous and thorough, explaining all situations to my satisfaction. Isley’s has been very helpful in recommending technically and cost effective on-going maintenance programs.

Replaced my old system with a new one from Isley's. I've used them for service for years and always found them to first-rate, prompt and work performed as promised. Main thing I took from researching replacement for my 24-year old system was not only was the product & it's reliability and performance but it was stressed over and over that proper installation is paramount in how well the system will perform. Isley not only did a great job on installation but gladly came back and changed some ductwork at no charge once system had been working for a few weeks and I found that balance of air in room had changed a bit. I recommend anyone needing HVAC work to contact Isley. Price was competitive (lowest for same models from other Trane dealers) and work was excellent.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Both techs were efficient and completed services quickly. Will definitely use Isley’s again, and highly recommend.

John has been servicing my units for over 15 years, I wouldn't dream of having anyone else service work on my air conditioning. He kept me cool all these years, I would highly recommend, Isley's home service to anyone. Thanks john ! You're the best !

5 stars for service and price. Installed a Trane heat pump package unit for $1000 less than Arizona Dukes of Air. I called Isley's after Dukes of Air caused my unit to have a catastrophic structural failure the first time I used it after having them service it.

Derek came out and was the ONLY person from 5 heating and cooling companies to climb up in my attic and take photos when it was 120F. They did a great job fixing some ducting and putting in a new air return. Dukes was going to charge me another nearly $1000 to do this work, with Isley's it was all included in the price.

I have already referred 2 of our friends to them.

I would recommend Isley' Home service based on the professional handling of a service call I had recently. An appointment was scheduled and Brian arrived promptly at the scheduled time, provided
a professional approach and solution for which I had called. Answered all relative questions. I was impressed with the appearance of the person and the equipment used. I will certainly remember to call if I need assistance in the future and I would recommend them to others in need.

I had a leak that required a fast response and a representative was here quickly. The necessary repairs were identified and the repairs made shortly thereafter. My only complaint was the constant attempt to sell me more than I needed. For example, when I initially called, the lady I talked to told me about the services plan I could buy even before a service specialist came to the house. When he arrived, he said I should buy a new unit because the one I had was 14 years old. The only thing wrong with it was a leaking gasket! It cost over $350 to repair it. NOT GOOD!!
