Isley's Home Service, Inc.

The person who came out was very nice and I have no problem with him. My water softener isn’t working and Isley’s charged me $50 for the guy to come out, look at it, say it’s not repairable, and give me a $1300 quote for a new one. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind paying people for their time, but in this case I feel like I just got robbed.

Isley's did such a good job the first time we had them out that we continue to use their service through out the remodel of the house.
Their tech knew what he was doing on all the job he performed for us.
I have recommended them to friends and family.

I originally called Isleys on a quote for heating and ac. I particuarlly liked Derrick and he seemed very honest. So when I had a leak from a compression valvue leading to my toilet, I called them to fix it. They were prompt at getting here and the technician was very thourough. But when he told me it would be $500 to fix it along with a $49 service fee, I thought that to be extremely high. Because the water was already leaking into the hall and living room, I felt I didn't have a choice but to pay it. I wasn't happy but when they called the next day to check on their service, I told them my concerns. They spoke with George and he said the cost was taken off their price list, and their parts were more expensive than Home Depots. Are they serious? As though that would satisfy me??? I probably wouldn't have written this review but the fact that they only want to hear praise and make no effort to resolve the issue, tells me they don't really care whether they have return customers. Needless to say, they won't be putting in my heating and ac this fall.

We were out of town. . .and learned we had a huge water leak. Isley's receptionist was wonderful. She said, "Do not worry! We'll get a plumber and a home repair company to remove carpet, set up fans etc etc" They handled a huge problem for me. No one could have done a finer job, leaving me free to enjoy the rest of my vacation!

This company is amazing. From the first phone call to the house call. Everyone was very friendly and thorough. The explained everything so easy to understand.
Melissa broke down what was going to happen with our inspection and broke down the best price for us.
Ernie was friendly and answered all of our questions. We will have them back.

Both technicians that I worked with--Jeremy and Brian--were very personable and helpful. More than the far majority of technicians, they were willing to educate me about my A/C unit and explain to me in detail what troubleshooting steps and repair procedures they were going to try. Jeremy seemed to be a bit of a shoot-from-the-hip troubleshooter who operates from past experiences with A/C units, while Brian was very thorough and logical in his reasoning during trouble-shooting. I enjoyed working with both of them, and Brian was able (it seems) to completely fix my A/C's problem.

Although it took 3 visits over 3 days to get the problem fixed, the staff (both technicians and office personnel) were very eager to help. They did not charge a dime for the two follow-up visits.

I highly recommend this company to anyone with an A/C repair problem. Thanks, Jeremy and Brian!

The crew showed up on time and were complete with the installation of 2 new AC and gas furnaces within 5 hours. Professional, polite and left our home cleaner than when they arrived.

I am very pleased with Isley's Home service. From the initial appt. booking to the completion of the service work for dryer vent cleaning and water heater flush everyone was courteous, efficient, prompt and professional. I won't hesitate to call Isley"s again and will recommend them to friends. Very refreshing to have a service call go so well.

Exceptional service from the tech, provided maintenance of 3 A/C units, found a capacitor that was problematic, made the repair and checked out the 3 systems. Very professional, timely service. Would gladly recommend to others.
