    They quoted a price prior, then asked for $65 more when he arrived. I was promised two hours of work and he was only here at 40 minutes. I did not pay the extra money. He did do a good job cleaning out the dryer duct.

    Isley's came to inspect and do a regular checkup on our heating and air conditioning systems. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Rick, our service technician was efficient, professional, and informative. We would definitely use Isley's again.

    Isley's is a company that sets itself apart from all others, from my first call through installation and inspection I could not have asked for a better experience. I called for a quote and they had someone at my house the next day, at the time they said they would be there, which may not seem like a big deal but when you have had no shows or people show up late for an appointment, it makes a lasting impression. Their quote for a replacement AC was the best I received and they did not jack up their prices because it was the summer. The day of the installation, I received a call to let me know that they were on their way...double points here. The three men that came to my house, were clean, respectful and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions and not one of them was unable to answer. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves; they left no mess for me to deal with after they left. Their follow up with me after the installation was excellent, they sent out a quality control manager who looked over the entire system and made sure that everything was working as it should. I would highly recommend this company as their customer service and work ethic are top notch.

    Called on my lunch break just to schedule someone to come out next week for a bid on adding some natural gas lines for an outdoor grill. Receptionist said their plumber just finished at a job nearby and sent him over right away. Literally the fastest customer service I’ve ever received from a home services company. Within 5 minutes of calling I had a plumber at my door who was quick but thorough in his inspection and informative of our options with a rough estimate. He was frank and honest with us which actually resulted in us NOT utilizing their services, since either install would be too pricey with any plumber. He was thorough to explain why the job would be so expensive so we knew all that would be involved. I felt his integrity not to up-sell was refreshing and his positive personability definitely left a good impression of the company. To me, a happy and honest employee reflects the culture of a company that treats their employees and customers to the highest standard.

    Yes, I paid $50 for the bid alone. Another reviewer had a problem with the $50 fee, but from those I called around to this type of fee seems industry standard and I believe Isley’s said the fee is credited towards services if you get the work done. Honestly I’d rather pay a fee for a full explanation of the full job than receive a free inspection and get up-sold only to find out the job was more expensive than they thought once I’m committed to it. Way I look at it, I saved hundred if not thousands of dollars by getting a quality inspection and explanation. Though I did not use Isley’s on this occasion, I certainly found a company that has my business if and when it is needed in the future.

    I was very impressed by Isley's from my first phone call. I had a 25+ year old unit I was pricing to replace. Kim was friendly from the start and Derek handled my quote. Derek was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had many questions for him as I was also getting extra duct work and he responded quickly to every question making me feel comfortable and trust him. I received 4 quotes from different A/C companies and Isley's beat them all! I had my new unit installed on May 8th. The kids are very happy as the new return vents has really helped cool their rooms. I have already referred them to 3 co-workers and will refer to anyone else I know that needs a A/C. I love the fact that they are a Mom & Pop biz too. Thank you!

    It was the worst experience on trying to have someone come to fix my plumbing problem. I scheduled an appointment on last Saturday and the plumber calls later in the day and stated he was unable to come due to be stuck on another job. Which was fine. then he came over on Sunday and did not arrive with parts and had to scedule for this Saturday. Today came and I was waiting all morning and the plumber never showed up. I called them 2 hours when plumber was supposed to show up and I call to find out where plumber is . Office staff who answered stated " Madam, I forget to call you the plumber called in sick." and never in that conversation was THERE offered another plumber to come to fix issue since the appointment was scheduled a week in advance and I was going to spend over $800.00 dollars in repairs. and also was charged a service charge of 49.00 that is still not refunded with no work done. She new early in the morning and could have called me to let me know. Customer time is valuable. I do not recommend this company. Some of the office staff is very unprofessional and could of called me to let me know they where not coming. I would of been fine with some communication and professionalism.

    We contacted Isleys when one of our ac systems was not working .
    Right from our first call, it was apparent that they were very friendly and upfront in all their recommendations . They were able to schedule us in immediately and it ended up being a bigger repair and they were able to give us an appointment the very next day to get it taken care off .
    The service technician, Ernest , was very professional and explained all the problems and recommendations in a clear way with videos and pictures . They ensured that they provided the best possible price and I also ended up getting a maintenance service wiht them.
    They did not push anything to us and we felt very happy at the end of it all. I will have no problems recommending their service to others

    From my first contact this company has been great. No high pressure sales, honest, friendly and easy to work with. I had several other estimates and in the past used a big company I will not name. Isley’s out shines them all. To top it off the are a Rosie on the House recommended company.

    Isley Home Services installed our new ac/furnace two years ago. We continue yearly maintenance with them. Kevin is very professional and knowledgeable. We have never had any problems or issues with Isley Home Services. Highly recommend this company.
