After 15 years of service, my old A/C system was obsolete and on its last legs. Considering the complex trade-offs of modern technology, efficiency, and cost, what I needed and what I got from Isley's Home Service was transparency of design options, and honest advice as to what was at stake with each choice.
The price of advanced Trane Heat Pump system was excellent value for money, and the installation team was exceptional in delivering the custom retrofit solution as designed.
I would not hesitate to recommend this local family-owned and operated company.

AC went out yesterday, July 11. I called Isley's at 5:45 pm. They had John at my house at 8:15 pm and he worked on it until 10 pm at which point it was working great. I should also mention that he was working on the roof in the dark. I don't know how he did it. Pretty expensive, but I do consider this great service.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an A/C company. They replaced an evaporator coil and it was a disaster. The technician didn't tighten the flap in the attic or the one on the compressor. This of course required two more additional visits and puron refill each time. Then 3 weeks after the replacement, the main drain line was full of debri from the install and they never blew it clear. Condensation filled the pan and the water sensor cut the a/c unit off. After further inspection we noticed that the secondary drain line PVC piping was cut off for some reason and laying next to the a/c unit. We finally called Parker and Sons and had it fixed properly. Isley's is a JOKE! I should have known when I was researching reviews for them before, during and after their service. Something told me they weren't doing a good job when I was on my 3rd day of missing work.

Brian, the service man from Isley's performed analysis and repairs on our three air conditioners. He was professional. He explained the results of his review clearly and made recommendations. I authorized the repairs and he made them in timely fashion.

Isley’s called the day before and then again 30 minutes before they arrived. They arrived within their scheduled window and did the job quickly and thoroughly. I am very happy with them.

Johnny D. and Dereck from Isley's Home Service, Inc. are very polite and professional. The services they offer are high quality and affordable. I'm now considering signing up for their maintenance program to keep up with my home.

Had a great experience. Richard was helpful, more than prompt, and knowledgable. I called with a plumbing issue at 7:45, he was under the sink at 9:05. That's quick in my opinion. Always asking me if I wanted something done instead of just assuming and charging me. Everything I do will go through Isleys! Thanks for the help today.
