Our water heater sprung a leak early in the morning and I called Isley’s because we were considering them to replace our two A/C units. Their tech was able to respond right away and brought us a new water heater and installed it. He did a great job and all is well, except for our pocketbook. The old GE water heater was from Home Depot and had a 12 year warranty, which was barely still in effect, but still netted us $500. This helped soften the $1300 cost for the new one from Isley’s, which only has a 6 year warranty. ‘Thus the four stars instead of five. $1300 for a basic 50 gallon gas water heater installed seems way too expensive. The top of the line GE unit from Home Depot with a 12 year warranty was $700 installed. Of course that was nearly 12 years ago, but still. . .

I used Isley's for our new AC/Heating install. I met with 3 other of the highest rated installers in the area and was extremely happy that I made the decision to go with them. All the way through the install process and now through the support side, they have been great to work with.

I would recommend their company highly to others that are trying to make the same decision about a new AC install. It is a quality company that truly cares about their customers and I would use them again.

The guys that work for Isley's are the best. They always try to make a repair instead of a replacement so that your equipment can really last as long as it should. They usually offer a discount if you get the work sone that day. Great communication also. They always update you on arrival times and never flake. I've referred friends and family to them and they all seem to have had the same great experience.

Isley's Home Service is top notch! Richard is an excellent plumber with great knowledge, skills & customer service. The BEST part of this story is he was honest & I felt comfortable. The Tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was thorough and explained the system I have, the issue and why, as well as fixed my heat at a reasonable price. I'm grateful that Isley's scheduled an appointment within 2 days of calling. Fastest response from any company. Thank you!

Isley's is fantastic. We've had them out to 2 of our houses and both experiences were more than we could hope for. The techs were great at explaining what was going on, and we never felt like we were being pressured to buy more than what we needed. One of the visits a monsoon rolled in midway through the repair and he finished the repair in the pouring rain to get us back up and running. I can't say enough about this company. A++++++

I am happy to say that I have had 2 great experiences with Isley's! In 2003 they installed my A/C and furnace and did a GREAT JOB! It was time to replace the entire system this year 2015. Derek came out and sat down with me to explain my choices and all the terms. He was very professional and very thorough. I got 4 bids, and none of the other companies handed me a professional quote, or left me with any knowledge, to help me make my decision. Derek made it easy for me to decide!!

My new system is in place now, and I am very pleased with how it went. The 3 young men that performed the install were friendly, professional and very knowledgable!! My home was spotless and cozy warm when they left!!

The technician was very thorough and provided a detailed report on our HVAC unit, as well as what we should plan for in the future for maintenance, which I really appreciated knowing what we needed to set money aside for a later expense rather than being told it was immediate. I also appreciated that the technician took photographs of the unit and explained each part and how each operated and whether it was operating correctly. He was very courteous and respectful of our home and time. I also really appreciate that he cleaned up after himself when finished.

Isley's Home Service, Inc. replaced my air conditioner and furnace in February of 2021. I found them on Rosie on the House’s preferred contractor list. If anyone has not listened to Rosie, PLEASE tune in at 92.3FM on Saturdays. The show is a home owner’s friend. You can also find them on google too, and listen to their podcasts.

Isley’s was professional all the way, and I can see why Rosie has them on his preferred contractor list. I had four quotes, and they beat everyone by at least $1600. I had them do additional work, installing a return in my master bedroom and a Reme Halo LED air purifier. The homes in my neighborhood were all built in 2004, so it is common to see HVAC units getting replace over the last couple of years.

Isley’s was scheduled to come at 0700 and their crew showed up at 0655, and they are done by 1115! Just when they were about finished cleaning up, their team that pics up the old units came and removed the unused ducting, old AC/furnace, and they were done by 1145! I have seen other HVAC contractors spend all day at someones home, sometimes two, and not remove the old stuff until they were done. Isley’s completed the work faster than any company I have seen in my neighborhood.

In the initial meeting, the lead that came to my home, Derrick, was knowledgeable and explained the options available and dealt with my myriad of questions with patience. He has been an AC tech, so he really understands how the systems work and is not just collecting data like most of the other contractors that came by were. The crew was also helpful, and explained what types of maintenance I could do on my own to save money, and I appreciated that.

I highly recommend Isley's Home Service, Inc as a contractor to have to replace and work on AC and heaters.

We have used Isley's Home service for the past 2 years and have never had any complaints with their tech or office personnel. Office staff are always very courteous and eager to assist. Tech personnel have always been very polite, knowledgeable, and concerned about getting the job done properly. Good company- good people. Would highly recommend!
