I had a very positive experience with Cooper Climate Control. Kendall gave me a quote for a new Trane system that was fair and reasonable. He was friendly and personable and ensured that the installation of my new system went well. I would definitely recommend Cooper Climate Control.

We bought a new home with a 20+yr old HVAC unit and the next summer it bit the dust. Kendall from Cooper Climate Control hooked us up with a new system that has been keeping us super comfortable in our home for a couple years now. Kendall comes out and checks the system twice a year to keep it running top notch and answers any questions we may have. Couldn't be happier with our HVAC system and the service from Cooper Climate Control. Highly recommended.

Cooper Climate Control Inc. responded promptly to my service request regarding a malfunctioning A/C unit. Within a couple of hours they were onsite and had diagnosed the issues, temporarily fixed the A/C, given me a detailed report and no-pressure courses of action. When I chose to go with a new unit, they had it installed in less than 24hrs.
I was very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy both over the phone and in person. Their techs José and Lupe(?) fed my curiosity and gave me a detailed play-by-play of what they were working on. Kendall was great to work with. He provided plans and options and had great communication with the tech and myself.

We began using Cooper about 7 years ago through APS for an annual check-up of our air conditioning. Our first experience was getting an excellent referral from Clarinda for an emergency repair.
Since then we have had Kendall come for our annual inspection. He has been very knowledgable, informative and cordial. He has handled the few repairs we have needed very well.

Summer heat on the way - corona-19 has taken over the world - and we are living with a 15 year old system that may not make it through another summer! So we read hundreds of reviews from just about every company in the Valley and decided on Cooper Climate Control. An appointment was scheduled with Kendall. He arrived on time, checked out our unit and ductwork. He explained in detail what our issues were and sent a proposal for ductwork and a choice of three different units. We chose a Trane and set up an appointment for the work to be done. The team arrived on time, installed the unit and ductwork and cleaned up all in one long day! Will only use Cooper Climate Control in the future!
