Cooper Climate Control

First experience with Cooper Climate Control was 2 years ago. I called them to replace one unit and ended up having to pay for 2 because the second unit broke the same day. Kendall and his crew were timely, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and just great to work with. We've had some hiccups with the replacement over the last 2 years but Kendall was very responsive and caring throughout the process. He made sure the fixes were done promptly and to our satisfaction. I just had to call him again last week and still the same great response. You can't ask for a better company! Highly recommended!

Kendall has always been great to work with. From installation to regular season maintenance. Always on time and professional. Super thankful for his recommendation to add additional returns in our master bedroom and kids rooms as they are always ice cold now.

After having multiple heating and A/C contractor come to our home to give us their quotes, my wife and I selected Cooper Climate Control. We found most of the contractors knowledgeable and easy to deal with and had varied opinions, but Cooper gave use the best value for our money. From their salesman, office staff, to their installation team everything was handled professionally and with respect.

We have been using Cooper Climate Control for all our furnace and air conditioning needs for the past five years. We have been very impressed how accurately they evaluated our home's energy requirements. Their crew, led by a very cordial Kendall, installed the perfect Lennox system for our requirements. In addition, our master bedroom was running too warm in summer and too cool in winter. After thoroughly researching our bedrooms's arrangement, they redesigned perfectly the heating/cooling arrangement to solve our concerns.
If you are looking to install a new heating/cooling system or to modify and improve what you have I sincerely recommend Cooper Climate Control. They also offer an excellent economic service contract to review your system twice a year. These visits have always included a thorough examination of all units, air flow, and arrangements complete with a very detailed report.

No complaints at all. One of our two air conditioners broke on a Friday, by Monday we had 2 new, much quieter and more efficient units installed. The pricing seems fair and Kendall was great-very knowledgeable, courteous and honest, you definitely don't have the feeling you will get ripped off like with many other home appliance companies. Will definitely recommend.

Kendall was courteous, respectful, and all around excellent to work with. He showed me photos of my AC unit detailing what was wrong and what was right. He then gave several recommendations without being pushy leading to same day service and repairs through calling in another worker. Finally he walked my home with me to inspect every duct was performing optimally. While doing so he gave me pointers on managing proper air flow while also providing advice on best filters to use. Kendall is a class act and a reminder that customer service is far from dead.

From the initial quote to final walkthrough, it was easy and pleasurable to work with Cooper. I replaced a 20 year old split system with gas heating and installed additional return for improved air management. Happy with the installation, performance and follow up especially since the install happened while we were out of town.
