It took the hottest summer in Phoenix to destroy our 25 year old air conditioners and Kendall and his crew rescued us during the extreme heat wave. Kendall quoted us a number of options with a selection of price points to replace our units. When we made our decision, he quickly secured the units from Trane. Jose and his team started installing the units the next day and worked diligently late into afternoon to make sure we were cool for the evening. Kendall then helped us with the paperwork to claim the rebates offered from our local utility. Cooper climate control did great work on our A/C unit replacement. Kendall explained things thoroughly and was not condescending like some of the other companies were. Kendall from Cooper Climate Control presented a logical solution at a reasonable price for a room in our house that had little air movement -- always hot in the summer and cold in the winter -- while other rooms in the house had the opposite problem. Kendall's solution was to add an air return in the room, install dampers elsewhere in the house, and seal up any leaky ducts. The previous HVAC companies we had contacted presented much grander solutions at prices we couldn't even consider. Kendall and his team completed the work on time, they were professional, friendly, and kept the house clean while they completed the work. We appreciated also that Kendall advised us on what type of air return filters to use, and he went above and beyond to make sure we received the SRP rebate. Bravo!

Asked for an A/C unit replacement quote alongside two other companies since the house I bought had the original unit on the place (23 yrs old!), and it has finally had its last run. Kendall was very polite on the inspection and quoting process. Explained what the install process was going to be like. I couldn't be home when they installed, so my parents were here in lieu of me. They couldn't stop complimenting how professional Kendall's crew was and how efficient they were with their time for the scope of work being performed.

My home required a split unit, and Kendall recommended I install a second return register in the second largest and hottest room of the house to improve efficiency.
