Kendall and his team were excellent from start to finish. We had four quotes on replacing our 14-year-old heat pump/AC unit. Kendall was by far the most detail oriented. He spent over an hour discussing options and finding out our goals for our home in the future, and to find out what we really needed in a new unit. He was the only one who performed a Manual J calculation to determine the correct size unit we would need. His quotes were the most detailed and he itemized the whole scope of work. This thoroughness and willingness to take his time played a very large role in our decision to hire. He also was periodically onsite with his team of three installers during the job. Alex, Jesus and, I’m sorry but I don’t remember the third installers name, were on time and very friendly even though they were working in an attic well over 100 degrees. To our surprise they got the install done sooner than we expected and were up and running in one day. They even came back on a later date to install a thermostat we had ordered that hadn’t arrived yet. The installation itself looks extremely professional and Kendall pointed out all the items that were on the itemized list of work, went over all the safety features, warranty, and SRP rebate information in detail. It was our neighbor who recommended Cooper Climate Control and we are extremely happy we decided to hire them. We will recommend Copper Climate Control to our friends and family without hesitation.

My husband and I needed a new HVAC last November. We got a few quotes and decided to go with Cooper Climate Control. Kendall and his team were wonderful from start to finish. After vetting 4 companies from BBB AZ in 3 days, I picked CCC to replace my Trane, my last estimate. My 2nd floor AC stopped working in July!, so I needed it replaced ASAP. I liked Kendall's family-owned business, honesty, no pressure sales, professionalism, and for not criticizing other companies' assessments/estimates. For 25 years, we lived with 2 hot upstairs bedrooms above the garage. He suggested placing return ducts in each bedroom. What a difference this has made in my children's lives! Kendall was transparent to admit he was unsure of the APS rebate because he deals more with SRP customers. He did the research and filed the paperwork for me. My unit was IN STOCK and working in 8 hours! CCC will be my AC maintenance company. I would definitely recommend Cooper Climate Control.

I recently wanted to replace my central AC and heater system and contacted various vendors in the area for a quote. after getting a few quotes we choose Cooper Climate Control. From the moment I met Kendal I could sense a high degree of integrity, there was absolutely no sales pressure He didn't try to over sell us something we didn't need or wasn't appropriate for our home size. He took the time to educate us on various products and their warranties and what was best for our home. He is dependable, reliable and reasonably priced. Kendall was amazing, personable, knowledgeable and seemed to care about the customer.
Jose the lead installer and his crew were courteous and careful and did a pristine installation. The system works perfectly and Jose made sure I knew how to operate the new unit and that all of my questions were answered.

Kendall and his team were fantastic! Our AC went out on Tuesday night and they sent someone over Wednesday afternoon to look at it and diagnose the issue. After looking at it, it was determined the best option for us would be to get a new unit. Kendall went through everything with me in a very detailed manner and answered every question I had. The turn around time was extremely fast and they had the new unit installed by Friday afternoon. Cooper Climate Control is hands down the best HVAC company I have had the pleasure of dealing with in AZ and we will continue to give them our business and recommend them to our friends! We’ve been Cooper Climate customers since 2014.

We get a service contract every year which gets us a spring and fall system check, and discounts on repairs and emergency service. Unlike other vendors, we get the same service person every visit (Kendall)– that personal touch helped us get a few more years with our previous system. With other vendors, we would get a different person each visit – typically a newly certified technician with limited real-life experience and zero knowledge of our equipment and situation.

When it was time to replace, Kendall laid out in detail the purchase options, the work that would be done, what we could expect. He recommended adding another duct in the owner’s bedroom to remove more of the warm air during the summer, and provided everything we needed to obtain our SRP rebates. Everything in the install was done professionally and courteously by Kendall’s team. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Kendall is always prompt, professional, goes beyond his routine services and very respectful. Love having him perform my HVAC maintenance! He is the best!
