We were shopping around for a new AC system as ours was old and leaked Freon. Had 8 vendors come out to give quotes. Kendall went through all the options of different units available and had the best price on brand name equipment out of everyone that came out. He was knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. CCC team installed the unit and Kendall made sure it was done properly. The new system is much more efficient and works great. Highly recommend Cooper Climate Control for all your AC/heat needs!

My AC stopped working. Had two shops assess. One shop was all about selling me a new unit - claiming there was irreparable damage and even confabulating the evidence of it which, when pressed they could no produce. The second shop was Cooper Climate. Kendall assessed and gave me an honest breakdown of what this most likely is, and what it will cost. Mind you, although he also could sell and install a new unit he focused on the solution that would be best for me at this point. What’s even more impressive, once they opened the unit in the attic, they figured out it actually was a simple issue of insulation getting loose and blocking the coil. They fixed quickly at far lower price than the would have been even for the initial issue they anticipated to find. It is so refreshing to be able to deal with honest and professional people. And when the time really comes for the new AC, I know who I’ll call.

I highly recommend Cooper Climate Control for any HVAC needs, especially if you need a replcement unit like we did. We really appreciated how Kendall wasn't pushy or 'salesy' at all, and gave us several options and made sure to educate us about each one, so we were able to choose a new AC unit that fit our needs/house the best. The installation team worked all day were very professional and polite throughout, and Kendall stopped by a few times, including the end where he made sure I understood how our new unit works and the SRP rebate paperwork. We're very happy with our new unit, and will definitely be utilizign Cooper Cliamte Control for future HVAC needs as well!

Kendall is absolutely a Rockstar at what he does. The most courteous and polite repair man I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is thorough, never tries to sell me something I truly don't need. When there has been an issue, he will show pictures of the issue and explain it to ensure I understand.

Absolutely great company to work with from start to finish! Let me first start by saying you get your bang for the buck with this company! Kendall and his crew are clearly perfectionist! They installed an entire HVAC system to include a heat pump, an air handler and a smart thermostat. In addition, they also repaired ductwork that needed the upmost attention. They were quick and efficient and would have been done sooner than later, if not for unforeseen issues. The condensate drain line was clogged up something ferris as well as, not located in an obvious place. That being said quite a bit of drywall had to be cut out in order to find its location and destination. All this of course added some time to the job (about an hour or so. Eventually, it was located and unclogged with some very clever ingenuity (that I observe first-hand)! The rough-in drywall was repaired that day, a few days later the company sent in a professional drywaller to complete the rest to perfection! All this and not one red cent more for the job!

Cooper Climate Control did a fantastic job installing a new HVAC system, ductwork, and smart thermostat. They also installed new insulation.

We replaced our A/C in summer of 2020. I got multiple quotes at that time and I decided to use Cooper Climate Control not only because it was the most reasonable quote but because of their professionalism. Kendall took the time to answer all of our questions and discussed different types of heat pumps with us. Kendall listened closely to our needs and provided solutions. We purchased the Trane XR17 added an air purification system and two returns. Kendall also moved the outdoor unit towards the bathroom to not have the compressor directly in front of a bedroom window(per my request). I never felt pressured to make a decision and the process never felt like a sale. Kendall went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and on top of that he is extremely respectful and polite. When our almost 20 year old A/C broke down Kendall met me at work to sign paperwork and he made sure we got an installation appointment right away since it was summer time. Kendall was able to find our air purification lamp even though most were out of stock during the pandemic. He was very attentive and guided us every step of the way to register our Trane unit and to make sure we got our SRP rebate. Kendall and his team did an amazing job on the installation. I have continued to work with Kendall and his company for ongoing service. I would strongly recommend Cooper Climate Control, they are the most outstanding company for all your HVAC needs.
