I would highly recommend Cooper Climate Control. Kendall and his crew are amazing. We had a new AC unit installed plus a new supply and return added in the kitchen. Kendall suggested this in order to get more air flow and he was exactly right! Kendall and his crew are very professional, respectful, and courteous. A few days before our new AC unit came in our old unit stopped blowing cold with the outside temperature above 105 degrees. Kendall went above and beyond to ensure that our family and dogs were comfortable until our new unit came in and was installed. Our gratitude for Kendall and his crew is beyond words. Cooper Climate Control is an awesome business! From start to finish, Kendall kept me informed of everything he was doing. They installed my new air conditioner today. All of the employees were polite, efficient and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in perfect condition.
I called last week and they were able to fit me in right away! They showed up on time, absolutely zero hidden costs. They also gave me quotes for three different units so that I could find something that fit my budget. I highly recommend Cooper Climate Control!

After receiving several quotes to have a new HVAC unit installed and insulation added in our 27 year old home, we chose Cooper Climate Control. From our first visit to the last when ALL work was completed, Kendall and his office provided excellent communication and managed all expectations. Out of the multiple companies we received quotes his was the most fair and he did not try to upsell. Jose and his install team did an excellent job. They placed drop cloths wherever they were working to prevent any damage to our floors and cleaned up after they left. Ray, the last person to come in, did and excellent job of repairing drywall from the the thermostat install and attic trim which had to be removed to fit the air handler. Overall, I highly recommend Cooper Climate Control as they are OUTSTANDING to work with, Kendall treats you like family, and the company is one of SRP’s Certified Contractors.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Our A/C unit went out in the middle of summer, and we ended up needing 2 new units. We had 7 estimates from the best customer reviewed companies we could find, and Cooper Air was the best in every catagory, especially their customer service. We worked with Kendall and he is the most respectful, knowledgeable, transparent, and competent A/C professional I've met. He and his crew were able to install returns in two different bedrooms which all 6 other companies was not possible. Even with the added ductwork their quote was still better than several others, some by a lot. Oh, and they have the best warranty in the business, we did our research. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

Kendall was at my home to diagnose my problem within 20 minutes of my initial call! He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to tell me within minutes what the problem was with my unit (meanwhile another company we had used prior was not even returning my phone calls).

Kendall is extremely professional and followed through promptly with 100% of things he said he was going to do. Reuben and his team of technicians were also extremely professional and did a fantastic job installing our new units. Kendall even popped in throughout the day to ensure everything was running smoothly and thoroughly explained how to use everything after the work was completed.

We are sincerely grateful to Kendall for his very reasonable price, fabulous customer service and overall knowledge and service. He has made the process of getting a new unit, a very positive experience for my family.

I will never call another AC service in the valley again, Kendall and the guys at Cooper Climate Control are the best and I look forward to using their service for years and years to come.

Cooper Climate A/C was amazing. The communication far exceeded expectations, the HVAC system was installed in less time than was stated, the job was done with perfection. The technicians were beyond courteous and informative while doing the work in and around our house for the day. Kendall the site manager gave the best deal and bang for our hard earned buck. We went with only the highest recommendations of a local neighborhood website where people weighed in with their favorite A/C companies. We got 3 estimates and we just felt that Kendall took the time to more more carefully evaluate our home's cooling and heating needs and explained how he could fix a problem that had existed since the home was built over 30 years ago. It is so comfortable and cool in our house now and my husband and I and our 2 teenage boys are sleeping so comfortably, even on the hottest of nights. We are so very grateful to Kendall, his 2 techs and Cooper Climate for a job beyond well done. Service was done btw on 9/1/21.

Cooper Climate Control replaced our old HVAC system. They were the 5th quote that I received. My neighbor used them and had a great experience. We had exactly the same. The company was extremely professional and courteous. We were not pressured to buy the most expensive system. They were in the middle of quotes I received. but Kendall from the company was extremely knowledgable and thorough with his assessment. They were prompt with scheduling and did a phenomenal job with the install. I highly recommend and this is my go to for all HVAC needs. When my 2nd system needs replaced I will call Cooper Climate.

Kendall and his installation crew at Cooper Climate Control removed my old AC unit and installed my new Trane air conditioner system yesterday. They started at 0730 and 7 hours later it was completely installed, and it is up and running great. They completely cleaned the site and promptly removed all the debris and the old units. They all were very polite and professional at all times, and always answered any questions I asked. I can't imagine how hard it must have been for them up in that attic at 108 degrees with monsoon humidity in the air. (I gladly kept them supplied with ice cold bottled water ) I take my hat off to them. Tomorrow their dry wall man comes to do the finishing touches around attic entrances. I gladly add another 5 Star rating to their already long list and strongly recommend them with no reservation. D Johnson

This is our second time using Cooper Climate Control for a new unit to be installed, in addition to having our yearly service contract with them. Like our first experience, we are extremely happy with our decision, and the work done by Cooper Climate Control.

Kendall was extremely knowledgeable on the solution we needed. He quickly and efficiently answered all of our questions (of which there were many) and provided precise recommendations on the cooling solution we needed.

On install day, everyone showed up exactly when stated, and were extremely pleasant to deal with. The team was professional, personable, and highly knowledgeable. The job was a big job, but the team got it done in the timeframe we had discussed. Huge thanks to Kendall, Jose, Alex, and Ray for their hard work.
