Cooper Climate Control

I was referred to Cooper Climate Control by a coworker when I became fed up with my master bedroom being consistently 5 + degrees hotter than the rest of the house. Kendall recommended additional ductwork as well as another register in the room to improve air flow. He and his team were incredibly professional and worked hard to ensure that I was satisfied with the CFM in that room. Quality work at a reasonable price, what more can you ask for? Cooper guys and their installation on my home were nothing short of fantastic. They worked a 13 hour day to get it done in one day. They were professional and thorough and they cleaned everything before they left. Their price was great as well. Kendall especially was great, making sure I understood everything and did my paperwork for my $400 SRP rebate. I would strongly recommend this company and Kendall.

Our ancient home AC finally died just before the Fourth of July weekend, and Kendall was able to visit us right away to give us a consultation. From Day 1, Kendall was nothing but kind and gracious to us. He did his best to educate my husband and me on how our AC should work and what our options were so that we'd made a sound decision that was within our means and we wouldn't later regret. Even after we made a decision and I selected the wrong finance option online (the finance company's website wasn't very intuitive), he coordinated with us and the finance company simultaneously so that we were all on the same page in the end. As soon as it was July 5th, Kendall's team came and replaced the entire AC system in our house. Everyone was efficient, polite, and managed to get everything installed by mid afternoon that same day. Now our brand new two-stage AC unit is keeping our house cooler than it's ever been! It's been less than a week since writing this review, so we'll see what happens, but so far there's been no regrets!

I have had the pleasure of having Cooper Climate Control keep my 10+-year old A/C running smoothly for the past several years. They are not only professional, kind, friendly and efficient, they contact you and arrive when scheduled! Just today, Kendall was here for my annual check. He suggested a repair/retrofit to my unit that will help it to last longer. NO HARD SELL. As a matter of fact, he gave me the estimate for the work and said to call when it fits my budget! Who else would do that? Not many!! In my opinion, you can't go wrong with Cooper!!

I had a new ac unit and new duct work installed. Kendall, Jose and the whole team were great from start to finish. They started when they said they would, they had reasonable pricing, they were efficient with the timing of the crane, to the duct work, to the roof repair, they even painted the areas where the new drywall was put in. They cleaned up all debris, no messes were left, they educated me on the unit, rebates and maintenance. Overall they were great to work with , professional and trust worthy. Highly recommend.

Kendall was very honest and knew what he was doing! Two other AC companies were unable to offer a solution to get the air on our second level to circulate better. Kendall was the first person to suggest putting in two extra air returns, which made a significant difference. We had two units installed by Cooper Climate Control and they did a very thorough install and clean up.

The staff of Cooper Climate Control was amazing. Kendall kept us well informed on what was wrong with our old ductwork, and provided us with affordable and appropriate help. Joseph and Israel did a great job working with us and installing new cold air returns and ducts. Thank you to all of you for your tireless effort and tremendous work!

Kendall and his team at Cooper Climate Control are THE BEST. We had a new AC/Heat system put in. They were clean, fast, friendly, and my house is COOL! When they left, except for AC that actually works and made my house comfortable again, I hardly knew they were here. Very professional and fair/reasonable pricing. A++++++++++

Kendal from Cooper Climate control and his installer Jose were a pleasure to work with and stayed late into the evening to get the job finished and fully tested. I installed a mini-split heat pump in my garage shop and couldn't be happier with the results. Their pricing was competitive and their service was impeccable. His pricing out topped all the other companies that we got quotes from. His team of guys arrived promptly and worked all day in a timely manor to install our 2 new whole house units.
