Cooper Climate Control

My 34 year old heat pump unit went out in the hottest part of the summer (of course). Luckily, I already had an estimate from Cooper Climate Control to replace with a variable speed unit from Trane. Unfortunately, due to all the shortages of parts they explained that the new unit was 4-5 weeks out. I was obviously freaking out about what to do in the mean time without AC at 100+ degree temps outside. Kendall and José were a godsend. They worked to fix my old unit by replacing the motor and blade and got it working until my new unit arrived, and didn’t even charge me anything to do it. When my new unit came in they scheduled me promptly to replace it. José and another tech worked all day because there were some issues that came up due to a last minute air handler replacement again from the part shortage. This has got to be the worst time to need your AC replaced, but they did everything in their power to help me through the process and I seriously couldn’t have asked for better service. I trust them completely and would recommend them to anyone.

A lot of work was done over a few days, but Kendall and his crew always showed up when they said they would.
There were no hidden fees. (new A/C, duct work and insulation. Thermostat was relocated for even distribution of air-that fixed the problem!}
The house was kept clean throughout the whole process. Everyone was extremely nice and they even remembered the names of the kids.

We had a great experience with Cooper Climate Control. We were given several options for replacing our compressor and heat pump. Kendall explained each scenario thoroughly as to what equipment we would get and what work would be performed. Kendall gave us a solution to our problem that no other company had suggested and it has worked great. They completed the work in the time frame they estimated.

We replaced entire heat/cooling system and added a duct return in room that was always too cold or hot. Project included relocating both condenser and air handler. Kendal and his team replaced a broken AC, they were prompt, courteous and professional, would not hesitate to refer him and his team to anyone
who needs any kind of Air conditioning servicing. they were also practicing Covid-19 safety measures, masks, foot coverings, never needed to be asked or reminded to do so. They set times ahead of time when they would be here and they were here promptly at those times. Since installation haven't had to run the AC but have little doubt that it will run efficiently.
