Quick same day service! The secretary was kind on our phone call and I was very impressed with our technician Todd Hartumg. He was knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him! I did not feel upsold at all!

I used AC Doctors for getting my AC checked out. Gerardo showed up on time and did a completely thorough job. He pointed out things that needed to be fixed with images and detailed explanations. He broke it all down price wise and completed the repairs during the same visit. He was extremely professional, helpful and thorough.

I’ve used this company for over a year now and they have been fantastic! This year I decided it was time to replace the Air Conditioner and Furnace in my home. I worked with Nathan to figure out what kind of Air conditioner would fit my needs best. After working everything out, Nathan was able came through with an outstanding quote that I couldn’t refuse. So now I’m getting hooked up with air conditioning right before the summer starts!

Rafael was very prompt and was able to diagnose the problem with our AC unit. The problem was a tricky hidden one, but he kept at it until he tracked down the problem and then he fixed it. We are very pleased with the service he provided, and have always been pleased with the service we have received from AC Doctors.

Jonathan H. was just out at our house to install a part that the previous technician had said would fix our problem. Well, the part did not fix our problem. I know that these technicians have their daily schedules based on how long it should take to complete a job... so I know Jonathan still had jobs to complete after ours. He would have been in and out in 15 minutes if the original technician had diagnosed the issue correctly. Jonathan stuck around for an additional 2 hours to try to diagnose the issue (which was not his job). He was not able to diagnose the issue so we will be having a follow up appointment, but Jonathan went above and beyond and maintained a positive attitude. I would give Jonathan a 5 star rating.
