AC Doctors

The guy was a little late getting to the residence, as he was stuck in traffic, not his fault. He came in and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately it couldn’t be completely fixed on this visit. We are waiting on parts and an estimate to fix it. He did get the residence cooled down and hopefully will get things fixed soon. The entire visit was polite and respectful. He kept us informed of everything that was going on.

Outstanding service by Jose. Extremely knowledgeable with the ac mini split system I needed pressure tested. He was quickly able to find the defective valve I had installed and double checked for any leaks and the work I did on the system. He was very personable and walked me through what he was doing. He was also very informative.

I had AC Doctors out to work on my air conditioning unit a few weeks ago. They worked on it for quite a while. Gave the recommendation that it be replaced (it was a very very old unit). They did what they could to get it up and running unfortunately the fix did not last long but we were told multiple times that would most likely be the case. A few days later we had them back this time to replace the unit. I have to say I was so pleased with everything about this company. Knowledgeable people, very fast response time and after having it replaced it is like night and day in my house. Thank you so much AC Doctors, I highly recommend!

I had an appointment for an estimate with Nathan, who was absolutely amazing! He was very informative and helpful! He ACTUALLY ASKED ME if I know what unit I am looking for instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive option!
We discussed rebates and promotional offers, the differences between the SEER ratings, compared different types of compressors and the different fan options, and reviewed similar brands to what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions in great detail, explained all of the work my new upgraded system would need, and told me all about the parts that would be required for the upgraded system. I would give him 10 out of 5 if I could, AND A RAISE!
The quotes I received, unfortunately were out of my price range, but the customer service and great quality would be worth the extra money!
I contacted 14 different HVAC companies for quotes and Nathan with AC Doctors was BY FAR the most helpful, polite, thorough, and informative! I wish all companies had a Nathan! I might not have them install my unit, but know who I will call for any service calls in the future!

Nathan did an excellent job talking to us about a new air conditioner. We are sorry we didn't go with A/C Doctors for our new system, but we also found another company who had helped us in the past, and they gave us a little better deal. However, Nathan, was very professional, knew the business and systems very well, and made a wonderful presentation.

You can't possibly have a BETTER experience than to have D. Mahonri of AC Doctors work on your air conditioning! In the late evening, at the beginning of a holiday weekend, it quit on us. But within 3 hours, he was up on our roof fixing the darned thing IN THE DARK! He cleaned and replaced parts, and magically it worked again, and it wasn't even as expensive as we had feared! What a nice, talented guy who's willing to do these things, and kudos to AC Doctors for being so professional!

Very impressed with A/C doctors. They were very efficient, friendly, informative, and affordable. From the initial quote to the installation, I was impressed. We had 3 technicians replacing our A/C, heating, and ductwork. We also had the air scrubber installed. Logan, JR, and Xavier were wonderful! Took them about 6 hours altogether. It’s only been a few hours and we can already feel the difference in cooling. Honest, reliable, and affordable. Definitely recommend A/C doctors.

So impressed with Sean! He gave me a courtesy call 25 minutes prior to his arrival, arrived during the time window promised, did a thorough inspection of my AC unit and made necessary repairs. Very professional with a warm personality.
