We discovered our non-functioning AC the first time we needed it this hot season. I called the AC Doctors at 10pm and they answered right away and were able to dispatch a technician in just 12 hours!

Eduardo showed up pretty close to the beginning of the arrival window. He was courteous and professional from the first moment, smartly diagnosed the problem quickly and presented me photos of the issue and repair costs and options. I love how they have a good digital format with lots of detail and easy to read quoting system.

Throughout the repair, Eduardo kept me updated on his progress, was very respectful of our home, and cautious with his gear going up and down into the attic.

I may have been lucky to have an excellent technician, but he left a great impression on us and represented his company well!

I had previously been using another company for HVAC needs in the past, but moving forward I'll be coming back to A/C Doctors. Thanks for keeping us cool! I hope our next experience is as good as the first.

Ian came out to diagnose our issue with our heat pump. He found the issue quickly which was exactly what I knew was the issue and gave me options. Since my system was now 10+ years old, it was really time to replace the entire heat pump system. They gave me
a fair price and entire system was installed in just a few days from Ian's initial visit. 3 days later....Luna was on time, professional and did a great installation. Highly recommend AC Doctors. Most trustworthy HVAC company I have ever used and will be a customer for life.

I am writing this letter with an overwhelming sense of anger, disappointment, and frustration regarding the abysmal service I have received from your company in relation to the repair of my air conditioning unit. The extended delay, coupled with the unprofessional behavior of Technician Rafael, has left me in a state of distress and inconvenience.

To begin with, I am utterly astounded by the excessive amount of time it has taken to address the issues with my air conditioner. I reported the malfunctioning unit to your company several days ago, and I find it absolutely unacceptable that I am still enduring the sweltering heat within my own home. This extended period of time without a functioning air conditioner is not only inconvenient but also detrimental to my health, considering my pre-existing medical condition which makes it difficult for me to leave the house.

Adding to my frustration, I am appalled by Technician Rafael's refusal to call for emergency approval. Instead, he chose to communicate via email with the property management company. Such a lack of professionalism and consideration for the urgency of the situation is deeply disappointing. In times of crisis, I would expect your technicians to take the necessary steps to prioritize the well-being of their customers.

Today, to my dismay, I was informed that the wrong part was ordered for the repair of my air conditioner. This revelation has further intensified my dissatisfaction and exasperation. The fact that such a fundamental error occurred, resulting in additional delays, speaks volumes about the lack of efficiency and attention to detail within your organization.

I cannot speak for the quality of the AC unit as it has not been installed as of yet. But Nathan they're representative, was professional, courteous and straightforward with regards to what AC Doctors can do in the way of service and installation. Nathan was very easy to work with.

One thing I really value about AC Doctors is that they always seem to send out the same technician. Gerardo has been my AC guy for 4 years now and he's always on-time, courteous and provides ultra quick service. He is the reason I purchases their maintenance subscription. Gerardo takes the time to show me the before and after pictures of any maintenance he performs, right down to the volts and amps being pulled by the system. Couldn't be happier. Rafael was so polite, thorough, and easy to work with. He walked me through his evaluation after completing maintenance, took time to explain things in a way I could understand, and offered to send me multiple quotes to make things easy for me to review. He also offered to change my filters for me as a courtesy while doing his inspection. Top notch service.. I’ll plan to use them for all my future needs!
