Both of our old AC units were outdated and failing bad to the point where we could not use them so we had to resort to putting 3 window units in three of the bedrooms while the rest of the house was hot!! And we live in a big house with a second floor. I tried contacting a previous AC company that I had done business with but they were too busy. I found an advertisement by AC doctors that said they would pay up to $1500 per unit depending on its condition. So I decided to give them a call and they set me up for an appointment the following day I believe it was. They sent one of their senior technicians by the name of Nathan who was very pleasant and friendly. His EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE was obvious and he did an EXCELLENT JOB at explaining our AC issues, what needed to be done and why. Equally important to me was financing. The process was no doubt the easiest process that I personally have ever had with any big purchase. They do an EXCELLENT JOB in trying to prioritize the most needed services and they were able to send a team out the very next day with the units. Although I was not here during installation, the guys were prompt and on time. They were also finished around the promised time. I came home to a cool home from top to bottom!! Not to mention I can now control my units on my mobile app unlike the old system. Oh and true to their advertisements, I was able to get the maximum of $1500 a piece for my 2 old units. Great AC Company and true to their word!! That’s all I ask and I will be your customer for life!! Thanks AC DOCTORS!!

Been using ac doctors for few years now and it’s always been very professional experience starting from taking an appointment to the completion of work. Today Eduardo was my technician and he was very courteous and explained me the issues he discovered and addressed those issues as well.

Nice young man, Brett, came to the house and climbed up into the attic and checked out my a/c blower unit, which has recently quit working. He answered
several questions for me, and will send someone tomorrow to go over pricing.
I was very pleased with him .

I had a great experience with AC Doctors. After submitting a maintenance request through my property management company they contacted me within an hour and were able to come that day to resolve the loud noise coming from my system. My technician Brett was professional and friendly and he was able to remediate the issue quickly. Highly recommend.

Our a/c would not get below 75 degrees so I know I needed to get it serviced. A/C Doctors sent out Hermen & Javier. Both were awesome! Had more interaction with Hermen, he was very friendly and thorough. Made sure to explain what the problem was and to see if I had any questions after they had finished. Really impressed with the whole team at AC Doctors. I was referred to them by a neighbor and glad I decided to call. Tony was knowledgeable and presented multiple options without insisting on the most expensive one. Within a few days, Pablo and his team came out and installed the unit in about 6 hours. I really like the fact that they have an install checklist and that they document each step with pictures so you can be confident the job was done right.
