AC Doctors

Great service time after time. They keep me cool all summer long. Just had them fix my Mom's A/C, wasn't blowing cold. Since it is summer and she is elderly I needed something done fast. They did just that, she is sitting in cool A/C now thanks to these doctors ;)

Pablo and his coworker were absolutely amazing. I needed a whole new AC unit and was told it would take 6-8 hours to install. They showed up earlier than expected and had the job done in about 5 hours. I am so grateful, especially since I have 3 small children and it was really hot with the AC not working.

Kevin was great! He’s honest, straightforward and professional. Got to our house way before I thought he would. He was able to find our leak in no time at all.

Last summer, we noticed our almost 20 year old AC units were working on overdrive, and our utility bills reflected that. My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade for efficiency this year, so we called AC Doctors. We met with Nathan on Wednesday who shared his incredible expertise and got us set up with the right package to suit our needs. He was a salesman with knowledge, honesty and integrity, and that went a long way with us. Literally the next day, the team was at our house at 7am on the dot ready to install the new units. Logan, Tony, David, Herman and Ian worked tirelessly removing our old, dusty units and replacing with brand new variable units. They were super friendly, happily answered questions and concerns, and I could actually tell that they enjoyed what they were doing. A+ service. I would recommend AC Doctors to anyone in AZ! The heat is upon us and they were fantastic!! On time, reliable, knowledgeable and informative! Explained everything and even waited for my husband to return with new air filters and installed them! Very friendly and kind to have as a home services provider in your home! 10/10!

Last night one of our units failed. Called the office at 7:00 this morning and Giovanni was here this afternoon. Fixed in minutes with a new capacitor

Technician Anthony E was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He checked both AC units and took pictures as he inspected the units, then detailing system performance in a follow-up email. Anthony is an asset to the AC Doctors team. I have been using AC Doctors for quite a few years and have always been very pleased with the technicians and service. I highly recommend this company.

Had my biannual service maintenance for my HVAC with AC doctors. They installed the unit a couple of years ago and it has been running great since then. Their service technician, Ian, came to service the unit today. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. This is in line with the experience I have had with the company and their technicians in the past as well. Highly recommend!

I had two HVAC systems installed about 2 years ago. Since then AC Doctors has come back 20+ times to fix problems. Most of the issues have not been with the equipment itself, but their poor workmanship. Their ability to diagnose, repair, and test (if they test at all) is also poor. It often requires multiple trips to fix a problem correctly. Here is a sample of some of the problems: failed to replace the flexible gas lines at installation (explosion hazard specifically called out in the installation manual), installing the air handlers so close together that they severely restricted the air flow in the ducts, damaged the low voltage wiring, failing several times to get 2 stage cooling working properly, twice causing significant water damage to the ceiling because they failed to properly glue the PVC condensation line, gas leak in the pipe they installed (another explosion hazard)....

I really appreciated all of the hard work Tony and his team did for us today. They arrived on time and went to work removing our old systems and installing the new ones. Throughout the day they kept us informed. They were polite, professional, and respectful of the family and property. They problem-solved when needed and also installed a new return in our “hot room”. I am so pleased and grateful. They even vacuumed and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you Tony and “A” team! You are truly the best!
