I couldn’t be happier! Chris was so nice and professional. He answered all of my questions and explained things really well. There was no pressure and he highlighted the benefits of buying an AC unit from them. You can tell he loves his job. They are very responsive. The only good thing about my home warranty company is that they referred me to Affirmative Air. Support this locally owned business!! I highly recommend.

Great service from the beginning. The response time was quick. They were super helpful throughout the process and I am thankful they were assigned to my claim. The guys who installed the new system were very personable and when completed I had no issues. Would recommend to anyone that has A/C needs. I look forward to working with them again if necessary.

We have been using Affirmitive Air for approximately 3 years and they have the best service. We recently had a new issue after a recent storm and Jansen came out and was able to troubleshoot the complex problem and get the unit up and running properly and efficiently. This company is a family owned business who truly care about their customer. They are prompt, efficient, conscientious, courteous, and on top of that, actually FIX the problem. In todays world most companies and corporations just give you the runaround through their foreign call centers which is beyond frustrating. Not this company…….they are the real deal! I can’t say enough great things about the owners and their technicians. TOP NOTCH AND YOU ACTUALLY deal with live humans who still care!

Here are the facts. Affirmative was given to me by my home warranty Because HVAC would'nt come on. They said it was a bad compressor and was going to cost me almost $2200. Called another company to get second opinion. Ended up being a corroded wire. Compressor was fine. Cost me $150 to fix it. So...was it a clueless technician or company dishonesty. I'll let you decide.

Affirmative Air came out through my warranty company. The first guy who came out seemed to think there was nothing wrong with my AC. I was disappointed until the office manager called and got someone else out here. Abel couldn't duplicate the issue, but after talking to his supervisor (and probably some pressure from me), he said he was pretty sure it was my fan motor going out. I did have to wait on my warranty company for far too long, but Affirmative Air did a great job staying on top of it. After Abel came to install the new motor, it's worked ever since. I know I had to really push to get a diagnosis, but Affirmative Air was supportive. They did a great job, and I'm grateful that they listened to me. I only gave 4 stars because of the first experience. Otherwise they are a 5 star company.

They came to our home for an ac repair, we had insurance and they want us to pay $245 per pound for R22, and the report for the insurance company was not enough and the tech they send out did not know anything . We never want to deal with this company and I don’t recommend to any one . By the way they wanted almost $12000 to replace o 4 ton heat pump that we replaced it for$ 6500 , so get a second opinion when this affirmative air comes to your house .

Recently Affirmative Air Conditioning was the contractor for my home warranty company as my air conditioning stopped working. Actually Affirmative Air was the second contractor as the first contractor that my home warranty service setup didn't was unable to make an appointment for me for 3 days. When the contractor arrived and diagnosed my issue they said the coil needed to be replaced which would require all new freon refrigerant would be needed at a cost of $1,200. After looking at reviews of that contractor I discovered all of their reviews were 1 star. I contacted my home warranty service and asked them to cancel them and find someone else. That was done and Affirmative Air was the contractor selected by the home warranty service. I was contacted by Affirmative Air I explained my situation and they said they would have a technician dispatched within 3 hours which is what happened. The technician arrived diagnosed the issue and said no coil was needed it only required adding two pounds of refrigerant. The air conditioner started cooling immediate. I can't say enough on the work done by Affirmative Air, if I ever have to request air conditioning service through my home warranty service I'll ask for Affirmative Air Conditioning.

We got connected to this company through my home warranty! I’m super super skeptical of home warranty companies because they are a pain in the butt to work with and most of the times the contractors they send are horrible. I will say that Affirmative Air was timely and professional and fixed my problem. The service techs were Ian and jeff I think. They were very professional and did a great job. The only downside was, I feel like I was overcharged for what was supposed to be a “covered” service by the home warranty. I do feel like they make their money somehow so they end up Nickle and dimeing you to make up the cost. But overall for a home warranty contracted company they were great.

This company came out to work on my AC unit through American Home Shield. They left having not done a single thing. The person who came out to our residence said that he thought the TXV was bad but wasn’t positive because he didn’t have the tools needed to access the air handler. He said that he was going to recommend a bigger company to come out because they would have the tools. I was confused by this so I called the company and was told that a framer would have to come out to do work in my attic before they could repair the unit. It’s Arizona…. It’s hot and my AC isn’t working. They told this to my home warranty company who said there is nothing they can do until the problem is resolved. The entire situation was very confusing and bizarre. It felt like I was being taken advantage of in some way.

I called a different AC company on my own dime. That company came out and told me there was a substantial leak and the evap coil needed to be replaced. He went up into my attic and had no issue accessing the air handler.

I am not sure if Affirmative air just didn’t have the tools to get the job done, or if they just didn’t want to take on the job but I unfortunately would not recommend this company. This issue is obviously costing me a lot more money and time by having to deal with an incompetent AC company.

Our home a/c has three zones, each with its own thermostat. Our issue was only part of the house was cool and it was varying in the others. Eric was our technician and he pretty quickly diagnosed the issue and thourghly explained it to us. Our problem was in the duct work and the mechanisms of how the air was pushed to the different zones.
We did have to wait a couple days for some materials as they had to be ordered.
Eric was also our guy that completed the repair work. He arrived in a timely manner, texting us when he was on his way. Completed the work and removed all the boxes and parts he exchanged. He provided updates as he was in and out of the attic on a very hot day!
This was our second experience with Affirmative Air and I would highly recommend them. Their a great company with great employees! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
