All the service people I have had from Valleywide Cooling have been awesome. Jose' was with me today to repair my AC that was not cooling my house. He was very polite & professional. He explained what he was doing. Asked my permission to come in & out of the house as he needed to go to his truck to get different tools. Called when he was on his way and was on time. An Extremely Nice young gentleman. Pete, who was here to determine the part that was needed & Jimmy, who has been here for the installation of my AC units, are all amazing. The guys are perfect gentleman and very professional. Margaret always follows up to make sure the job was completed and that I am now comfortable going forward. Everyone at Valleywide Cooling has my business forever. I will never go anywhere else!!

Margaret is very professional and caring. She makes one want to call back. She makes one feel safe and that there problems will be taken care of and that the person calling has value. The Tech, Billy, was excellent! He was very professional. Took care of everything and made me feel confident in what he told me. Unlike other technicians, he didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, he didn't try to rip me off, he conducted himself in a friendly yet professional manner. He came at the time he said he would. I highly recommend him as a representative of the company. I highly recommend Valley wide Cooling. They're the best!

Billy (the tech) was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Did a great job in a timely manner. Unlike other companies that I have used he did not try to sell me services or products I didn't need.
I also like that Margaret gives a follow up call to check on my satisfaction with the service.

Our AC system (circa 1981) lost its cool just when the weather turned hot (mid April 2023, in AZ). We had also experienced intermittent problems with the heating system during the winter. We selected Vallywide Cooling based upon a family member's recommendation. From first contact to installation took less than one week (three of the days being due to a weekend and a prior commitment that we had). Attic access enlargement was required, as was additional floor support within the attic (removal of defunct components and insertion of new equipment). The Valleywide installation crew handled those needs and restored the access to original condition upon job completion. The total AC/heat/thermostat replacement took one day. Old equipment and work scrap were removed from our property by day's end. No homeowner cleanup was needed. The workers were friendly and respectful. An unexpected technical issue was corrected efficiently. There were no surprise charges. First quote was final bill. My only complaint is that they declined to warranty the new equipment for the same forty-two year service life of the system that they replaced (Okay. That expectation is quite unreasonable, but I can dream, can't I?).

Valleywide Cooling was prompt in sending someone out to get me a quote and I had my new HVAC system installed within three days. The crew worked extremely fast and was very professional. Best of all it was thousands cheaper than the other quotes we received! I also appreciate that they did not try to upsell us on anything that we didn't need. I highly recommend.

This company has been nothing but professional from start to finish. Their office keeps you updated on appointments and follows up after the job is done. The quality of the work and communication has been platinum. I would highly recommend and use again.

We were having trouble with our AC. Margaret call from Valleywide Cooling and said they would sent someone out before noon. Old system 21 yrs old. Had a new system installed next day, very satisfied with price. Installers very cordial and were finished by noon the day of installation.

Jim has been here 2 years in a row and does an excellent job making sure my AC is ready for the AZ summers. Always thorough, knowledgeable and professional. The best service available. Look no further.

Pete is a valuable, honest employee.He is thorough with his job. Very courteous, explains explains exactly what is wrong. I would recommend him to anyone.
Margaret is another great employee. Helpful in every way, listens to your problems, then sees to get them solved.

Billy fixed my HVAC in a timely effective manner and Margaret, the customer service representative was communicative throughout the whole process between me and updates with the property management. Both very friendly and I’m satisfied with their service. Would definitely recommend!
