I called.for a system check after blowing a 20 year old fuse. The unit was running and appeared normal. The tech identified and fixed a couple of- easily fixed and commonly overlooked issues likely there since installation. My wife said the tech was a pleasure to work with and he was done before I could get home.

This is so important when dealing with services that cost thousands of dollars. I had my complete system replaced. I don’t worry when I’m dealing with a man of character. Tyler is both responsible and accountable. I highly recommend Tyler and his team.

The AC Doctors quickly responded and communicate directly with me about when they would arrive so that I didn’t need to wait around all afternoon for them to show up. The price they quoted was the price that we paid. The were very professional and considerate of my time.

Everyone with the AC Doctors has been so pleasant and accommodating to work with. From scheduling the initial appt to find out why my system wasn’t cooling- they came quickly- to arranging the repair times and follow-up visits to guarantee the work done is functioning properly, all while making sure all of this worked for my schedule. They explained all issues with the system and steps needed to repair it and guaranteed their work. I felt very confident in their work from start to finish. Of all the major purchases I’ve had to make, AC Doctor is without doubt the only 100% confident decision I’ve made, with zero regret. The products are great, the company, highly reviewed, but what sets them apart? Their installation staff. Tyler Boykin took my project on with the confidence of a heart surgeon. This was no easy feat, he replaced the entire 1974 system in my home, including duct cleaning & sealing, insulation install, heat exchange units added to roof, and various repairs. Tyler and the crew, Jessie & Tate, removed and installed the system as efficiently as I could have only imagined. Tyler made special considerations to get us installed before the federally mandated price hike went into effect, that means from call to finish, these guys had the system removed and installed in 4 days. Naturally, I couldn’t be home these days due to work travel, but Tyler went out of his way to make sure he was present for every aspect of the HVAC installation process, making my wife feel safe with our newborn. Tyler is everything you hope to get when expecting a professional technician, but rarely see in person, with AC Doctors, that’s exactly who you get. Thanks again AC Doctors, Jessie, and Tate. Got home last night to water in my kitchen floor. Turned AC off because it was coming from attic where my AC is located. Called AC Doctors at 8:30 this morning. They came out found the problem and fixed it. Friendly knowledgeable guys.
