Called Mike Woods to fix a coil leak and recharge system. He sends his guy out- fixes the leak, does a partial recharge due to the temp (winter) and that they will finish charging system when it warms up. When we write check out, ask how to address it and are told they will stamp it back at the office. Well, it warms up and call to make sure that we weren’t forgotten about. Mike tells us about him hiring bad guy who took off with customer’s money. And that’s it. MIKE BASICALLY TOOK THE POSITION THAT HIS CUSTOMERS WERE BETTER TO GET RIPPED OFF THAN HIMSELF and just (figuratively) shrugged his shoulders. Didn’t bother letting us know so we could stop payment. If he won’t take responsibility for his employees, can’t imagine him taking responsibility for his work. Buyer beware on this guy.
