Love these folks!!! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous!! They’ve helped us out numerous times since moving to Brandon almost 4 years ago!

9/10/19: My primary central AC has had slow Freon leak for years. Have had to add Freon about every year or two. AC Doctors inspected system and added Freon. There was definitely no pressure from AC Doctors to replace the unit. They recommended waiting to see if leaking continued and offered to credit the Freon addition if I later decided to replace. I subsequently decided that since unit was 15 years old and had been leaking for years, I would replace AC and furnace. Jerold returned and took extensive measurements throughout house to determine best size unit...definitely not the typical guess work I've seen from others. Replacement was fast and professional with much detail paid to all aspects of setup. Price was similar to install estimates I found on the web for the same brand equipment. They installed an additional Ecobee3 smart thermostat (we already had two of these). This allows control control of primary and secondary AC units -- as well as separate control of dampers/zones on secondary system -- from cell phone or using voice commands with Amazon Echo. Jerold also advised me about rebates available from electric and gas companies, and about tax incentives for energy efficient upgrades on HVAC and smart thermostats... which totaled $750. Overall excellent work and strongly recommend. Glad to find air conditioning pros that actually know what their doing!

12/14/18: Excellent job. Thermostat had quit working. Paul Miller responded quickly. Determined problem was due to bad low voltage transformer on HVAC unit and bad high/low voltage transformer module on condenser. Not sure if thermostat was bad, since I had already thrown the old one away, but he did install the replacement Ecobee3 thermostat I had purchased. Unrelated to that issue, Paul also repaired a damper control on my zoned AC system that had not been working for years. Three previous AC companies had told me the damper motor was bad and then refused to return for repair. Paul determined the problem was only a loose wire and now the damper is working fine. Very satisfied with results and would recommend.

Prompt response when called. I even received a reminder notification of my appt. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Was advised of the problem. Was here when they said they would be. I would highly recommend them and I will use them in the future.

Jerold and the guys at the AC Doctors out of Brandon, MS are hands-down one of the best AC contractors we've worked with. I have worked with them both as a contractor (we install spray foam insulation) and as a customer (he did the AC work on my personal house), and I can vouch for their attention to detail and quality of work. Jerold and his team really want to get things right, and if there's ever an issue, they stick with it until everything is resolved. great company to work with.

They have a very good system for letting you know when they are coming and were on time. They did not try to "upsell" me, and took care of the problem. What really impressed was the fact that my problem was one of two possible things, and I knew one was more expensive. They were honest in finding the problem, and thank goodness it was the less expensive of the two.

Jerold and his team have been servicing my HVAC systems for years. I cannot recommend them highly enough! These guys are prompt, knowledgeable, professional yet friendly.

We had a ground source heat pump problem with one of the circulating pumps was fixed works well. The only problem was the time it took to get one from factory, but it did not keep unit from working. This hold up was not a fault of the AC Doctors

Jerold and his team installed a ductless system on our sales counter at Hughes Supply. They were extremely professional, courteous, and quickly provided solutions with obstacles present during installation. The system has made a huge difference in the cooling of our sales counter. I fully recommend Jerold's team on any HVAC new construction or change out.
