The AC Doctors

The ac in my home had quit working and I called AC doctors and immediately got a response. They were able to come out the same day and in a matter of a couple hours, which was fantastic. He explained to me what the issue was and had it fixed quickly. They provided excellent service, it was a fair price I felt like and he explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend them if you need home ac repair. I will use them in the future without a doubt.

We called the company for an emergency situation with our AC. We liked their work so much, that we had them replace our AC and heating system in a few months. They are friendly, nice, professional and very efficient. We are so pleased with our new system. We would recommend them to anyone.

With a new AC from our home warranty, I didn't expect to have problems. With our AC not cooling the house, I Googled AC repair for Brandon, MS and The AC Doctors were the first to come up. I had driven by their business in Brandon before and so I made a call. They were very prompt in responding to my call and also at coming and looking at the problem. I was very thankful for that with small children and pets in the home we were getting very HOT! The only problem I faced was that the guy that came out didn't give me a quote, he just started working on it without talking about prices first. When handed the bill, I was a little in SHOCK at the price. After being told that there was a leak in our AC and that a part had to be ordered that was under warranty, I was a little frustrated that we would then be charged again for the labor plus what had already been done. My husband called the manager and explained what had happened and the manager assured us that a quote should of been given and then offered to deduct any previous payment off of what was going to be charged to install the new part. I was very impressed at that professionalism and customer service. Overall my experience with AC Doctors has been good. I would recommend them to use and will be calling them in the future for anymore AC problems we may face. (Hopefully not for a loooonnnnggg time in the future) :)

Couldn't have asked for anything better. My air was out when I got home after work and running some errands, knew right away my air was out. Contacted the AC Doctors; helped me know what to do that night and were able to come and evaluate what was needed. Got a new system since my came with the house which was built in 2004. Very grateful for their help, service and attention to detail.

Never a bad experience from this company. Even though I'm not wanting to repair or replace my AC at that time, these guys are always a pleasure to work with. They are always on time, always answer or return calls very promptly, and always respectful to your home. They are open to discussing options and prices, and I will not use any other company for these services.

100% completely satisfied. The AC doctors were recommended by a friend. It was a great experience. I called them in the morning, they came out the same day and let me know every step of the way what was wrong with my AC and the costs associated with repairing it. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

My master bedroom wasn't cooling to my satisfaction. I called AC Doctors and they came out and analyzed my cooling system and made a recommendation to give me the cooling I wanted. I was emailed a quote that afternoon and two days later they came and installed a new vent and duct as well as serviced my unit. They cleaned up after themselves very well and the work was completed quickly. My bedroom is plenty cool now!!

Our air went out in the middle of the night. I called A/C Doctors the next morning and they worked me in to their busy schedule. They had my unit fixed right away.
