Service with the AC Doctors was more than I ever expected!
Our AC quit working one afternoon and I found AC Doctor's number online. A service tech was able to come give an inspection the very next day. The problem turned out to be more extensive than expected and parts had to be ordered. After AC Doctors looked over prices, they called us recommended a whole replacement instead, which would SAVE US MONEY! My wife and I were shocked that a company would recommend a money-saving alternative. The day the tech came to install our new unit, poor guy got stuck in a hail storm against the side of our house! He showed up bright and early the next morning with a team of techs. Very professional gentlemen who wore scrub booties over their shoes so they wouldn't soil our floors! My wife and I were amazed at the excellent service. Today in the mail, we received a 'Thank You' card from them! WE should've been the ones sending a card!! LOL

Jerold performed an assessment of our entire HVAC System, and recommended a Mitsubishi HVAC System for my den, which has never been adequately heated, or cooled.

Installation was professionally done, just in time for record low temperatures for our area. Heating is very good; excellent, considering that the ceiling has not been reinstalled after roof replacement.

Price was reasonable, within accessible limits of an estimate from another HVAC Professional.

Would definitely use The AC Doctors again. Highly recommended.

Hired them to replace an old AC unit. Technicians were on time and very professional. You could tell they took pride in their work, and they left a clean job site. My only advice has to do with their estimates: their estimates are a little vague with regard to product descriptions and they use internal product numbers rather than manufacturer numbers. Be sure to follow up with them beforehand to avoid any confusion and so you know exactly which product is being quoted.
I recommend them and will use them again.

Installed a new heat and air system. We couldn’t be home for the install but let them go ahead. When we returned late afternoon system was in and you couldn’t even tell they had been there. They take pride in all parts of the job from install to cleanup. I have never had a contractor clean up after themselves like they do. Very professional. This was the second time we have used them.

On the first job we fired the original contractor because of poor or no response to questions, delays an just a unprofessional crew of one. Ac Doctors came in and did exactly what was needed at the same price.

Jerold and the staff at The AC Doctors are fantastic!! They tried everything they could to keep our “elderly” unit going. When it finally stopped working, they came out (the day before the ice storm), and installed a new unit so we wouldn’t freeze!! They followed up with us to make sure everything was working just right!! I would 100% use them again!!

The AC Doctors installed a new system in an outdoor project we built a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with all aspects of the job they did. We decided to have The AC Doctors perform AC maintenance inspection on all of our units. They are who we now turn to for all our HVAC needs.

We are remodeling a condo from the early 80's and have a geothermal unit in place that needed updating. After an exhausting search a neighbour recommended The AC Doctors. The best recommendation EVER! Jerold and his crew are so knowledgeable about the geothermal system and updated our unit so it performs at the optimal capacity for our home.
The AC Doctors also changed out all of the duct work and vents, installed a new water heater, new thermostats and created a dual zone for the upstairs. Jerold, Tyler and Jess went above and beyond to assist us with our renovations, they were also always on time and very efficient.

I recommend The A/C Doctor without hesitation. I knew my heating and cooling system was not functioning properly. It was installed as a ‘package ‘deal when I had my house built. The installer was one that I will not mane but does a majority of all new construction in Jackson and suburbs. I went years working with them to get my system to function properly. I was under a warranty contact with the manufacturer and was led to believe the installer was the only company I could use for service and repair. After becoming increasingly frustrated with their inability to get my unit functioning properly and being told everything was perfect I called the A/C Doctor. Jerold came out quickly and handed me a list of problems with my system. First and foremost was the unit was oversized. Jerold did a number of things to get the unit to function with its limitations. All I can say is everything he and his technicians did worked perfectly. I have been extremely pleased with all their work. Let the A/ C Doctor be your go to for all your heating and air needs and have no worries about them producing all they say they will.
I can go on but calling them without fear would be to your advantage. Get it fixed properly
