AC Doctors

Dalin was our technician and did an excellent job, we so appreciate him getting our AC back up and running so quickly!

These guys are great. Showed up a few minutes early, finished a couple hours early, super friendly, talked me through everything they were doing, and answered all my dumb questions. No need to go with any other vendor.

AC Doctors installed a new MasterCool evap cooler on our home replacing an old one. Dr Pablo and Dr Jose stuck with the job until it was complete. Discovered that they did not bring a purge pump which was required for the unit to dump the water every 8 hours and refill with fresh water. When we explained this to them, they left and came back with the right part and installed it. Unfortunately, it did not seem to be working, so a 2nd and ultimately 3rd call to AC Doctors was required to resolve the issue. The unit is now operating wonderfully, keeping the house nice and cool, with the purge pump operating correctly. We are cool happy campers!

Although Gerardo was great and informative, He came out for a tune up, other than pictures of our unit and descriptions nothing else happened. So tune up doesn't describe it. No tuning up occured. It was pretty much a waste of money for us. But a cheap waste at 75 dollars.

I'm utilizing this team through my property management and they will bill two invoices to avoid explanation of what is needs to be completed. Example: Any amount over $ 400 will require approval, so they bill you $380 for a fuse and diagnostic and the will come back the "same day" creating another "need" to fix adding another $940 dollars plus diagnostic charge. So, lesson here is you will pay to get a temporary fix with no explanation, just to address the issue once again. Due to the constant diagnostic charges and several visits to fix, I was finally given a recommendation to replace. I will be going with a replacement, but not with this company. All the diagnostic charges and temporary fix outcomes was a waste of time and money. Response from the company will be to call the office. No thank you, you had the opportunity to talk to me when at the property several times.

Jose was extremely professional. Informed me of the problem and was very honest and friendly. Highly recommended.

Gerardo came out and did a heating maintenance to make sure everything was working fine before the winter. He showed me what my coils looked like with pictures and having 3 dogs this gave me peace of mind they weren't dirty. He also showed me how to use my thermostats which was super helpful as I have 2 and wasn't sure how to fix our balancing issues. Would definitely use again!
