Hands down the best way to get an A/C unit replaced. I’ve used New AC Unit twice now for a couple of my rental homes and they are consistently the lowest priced and the contractors they sub out to are great to work with.

Had a great experience. Saved about $1000 on the cost of the hardware versus two quotes from local companies I received. Purchasing process was simple and easy. My only wish was that I could have had the contractor out before committing to purchase when I knew there would be additional work needed beyond the basic installation of the new unit.

Was skeptical at first because this seemed to good to be true. How could I get an A/C unit so much cheaper than every other company had quoted me? After ordering my unit on Monday and having it installed the following Thursday, my nerves were quickly put to ease. Had no issues with the process and the final price came in more than $3,000 less than the next closest quote. I am a happy customer.

My AC bit the dust, just when the temperatures started to change to cooler here in Arizona, so there wasn't the rush on my part to get it replaced. I had to time to get at least 5 quotes before I settled on this company. I was a bit wary that the salesman that reached out to me, said this company was owned by the same company that just gave me a quote. Why would the same company undercut itself. I found out it is because I make the purchase of the unit online. After doing a little sleuthing - calling the salesman that had just given me the quote in my home to verify the information about the online company's claims and to have the online company give me the the salesmans quote (if they were the same company). They both checked out, so I went with New AC Unit. Wading through the different types of units can be daunting, but they helped me make an informed purchase and I was able to choose the partner company to install the unit, which I was very happy with their great service. I had an issue with my thermostat which they stayed extra time and even troubleshooted the issue with the thermostat company to make sure it wasn't something they did incorrectly on their end. I very much appreciated the service and professionalism of both of them. I would definitely use this company again.

Im leaving this review in hopes that it helps someone make an informed choice. It was reviews that ultimately gave me the confidence to pull the trigger. I was unsure at first because this is an unconventional way to buy a new ac unit. I initially got a few estimates from random ac companies one of which was the company i use for yearly maintenance. Then i heard an ad on the radio for newacunit.com and went to the site and was glad to be able to get prices online! I loved it! I was able to compare prices without having to schedule someone to come out. Its the only site like it that i was able to find. I know nothing about air conditioners but was able to navigate the site and pick a unit for my budget. I added it to the cart but was too scared to buy it. It was 2200$ cheaper than my other estimates! I heard my moms voice in my head saying "you get what you pay for" or "if its to good to be true than it probably is" so i started doing the internet reaserch we all do. I called the office with some questions and a real live person answered and for some reason that was huge for me! It took me probably a week or more to finally take the "risk" and buy the unit. The next day i get a call from the contractor they selected for the install and the process began. The contractor was A+++++++ but as it turned out i bought the wrong size unit. My square footage is right on the line between a 31/2 and a 4 ton unit. I originally bought the 3.5 ton but the unit i was replacing was 4 so newacunit.com called me and i paid the 50 or 60$ difference. The contractor doing the install gave me 2 different estimates. 1 was for the 1500$ to remove the old and install the new. The second was for things i can upgrade if i wanted. Things that will make my new unit perform better like a new google nest thermostat, a new service disconnect, things inside of the attic that allow the unit to breathe better, better air flow, a drain pan etc. None of which was required only suggested. Within a few days of purchase i had a brand spanking new unit and im soooo glad i decided to go this route! How this is the only company selling units online is a mystery but its a genius idea. How are they able to sell for so much less? Anyway i would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation. Hope this helps

Best buy ever! I saved literally over $3,000 on my new ac unit, and the whole experience was so easy from start to finish. My contractor was Chris at Perfect Temp, what a pro. He did the installation around my crazy work schedule and the work was excellent. Blowing some nice cool air now! I highly recommend.

New AC Unit literally saved me over $10,000 in the purchase and replacement of my 2 existing HVAC units. I did my homework and gathered a few quotes for similar equipment and installation and they were literally twice the price and dealt with some high pressure sales tactics from several companies. I was a little skeptical at first but having heard the ads and discussing the process with New AC Unit representatives, they answered my questions and I could not be happier with the process and quick results. The purchase was very simple and no hassle or fast talking sales people to deal with and the installation process could not have gone better. The contractors we selected to perform the work were top notch and we felt very comfortable with their initial inspection, assessment of the work and the actual workmanship and ownership that they showed during the installation process. We felt very comfortable with them in our home.

It’s 100+ outside and the AC has been broken for two days. I was referred to New Unit AC to get quote. So thankful I did! Autumn was such a great resource, especially when one is hot, miserable, and sleep deprived after having no running AC. She was able to walk me through the steps, explain which unit was needed, as well as the process after purchasing a unit. After our phone call, not only did I understand more about AC units, but learned I was saving close to $4k from another company’s quote. I will continue to recommend Autumn and New Unit AC to anyone who is in need of a new AC unit.

We got an estimate from another company that was $5,000ish dollars, and that was with the "discount" they offered. I wanted to check out our options, and so I've seen new AC unit ads all over bus stops and I hear about them on the radio all the time, so I looked into it. I did some research on the brands they offered on the website, and while I'd never heard of any of them I couldn't find anything that said they weren't as good as the big name brand ones. We made the purchase online on I want to say a Saturday afternoon, they called me on Monday to come out and do the inspection, and we had our new unit on the house Friday morning. I wasn't home for the install, but the husband said the contractors showed up on time, got the job done quick, and made sure they cleaned everything up. We had Perfect Temp do our install. Overall we're pleased with our experience and I'm so glad I don't have to worry about our 10+ year old unit conking out on us in the middle of summer.
