Original AC finally died. It did not take long to see that the prices on newACunit were cheaper, so I chose the package I wanted then chose the contractor (AllSeasons here in N. Dallas), a few days later they showed up and installed everything. This was 3 months ago and have not had any issues. AC bill is cheaper, the house is cooler, everyone is happy.

Referred a coworker to them after I heard on the radio station KUPD 97.9 Morning Sickness show that they're the best and we'll save you money. Of course my coworker saved a lot of cash and was wowed by how much he saved

The process was reasonable, the price of the units was great, and the installers were experienced. The installers mentioned most buyers did their homework in regards to the unit's size and efficiency, fortunately for me I lucked into having the right sized plumbing.

Ordered a new system on Thurs at 7 PM. Got a call from the installer at 9 AM Friday. He came out for his first look Friday afternoon. Scheduled system replacement for Mon at 9 AM. Airamedics was chosen to install our new 3 piece system today, as well as a Nest thermostat and a kill switch. They were on time and finished the whole thing in less than 5 hours. No tricky up-selling, just a mention of a bit of rust in the pan and the benefits of a kill/float switch. I had just about the same Goodman system installed back in 2007 for $6500. Using newacunit,com, it only cost $4380 this time.

Very easy process. I needed a change order for the system I ordered and it got changed same day. System was delivered to installer next day.

Beware....They mislead the customer!!!!!. We ordered a more expensive unit based on the title listed on each unit, believing that we qualified for SRP rebate based on their title. They fail to tell you that the rebate is based on the actual rating not the title. This was $1000 difference!!!! Way to screw your customers. Hope you feel good about that at the end of the day

This is a great service. My unit went out in the middle of July and I jump on their website to see how it would work. I saved so much money going with newacunit vs the other contractors that I had come out to give me a bid. AirRite was the company I chose, and they did a great job. I couldn't recommend newacunit more.

I love the idea of this company but 10 months after installation, i have a broken unit. supposedly, i have a warranty, but the company that they subcontracted with has not answered their phone in over a month. i’m sitting here on labor day weekend looking for a company to repair this mess as i swelter in a 105 degree house.

Extremely responsive, on time and quick and easy install.

Fast , easy, took the worry out of the purchase. Great contractor to do the install also. This AC will probably out live me, but I would use them again if I had the chance.
