I'd give them a 5 but they had some punch list items that needed to be attended to after the initial install and the installer misquoted me a price during my decision making on an extra. They took care of everything. Customer service is great. Had a new tankless water heater, pressure tank and water filtration system installed.

I have been a Heatsource customer for many years and never have they let me down. Very reasonable prices and the technicians are extremely professional and effective. Between having the annual maintenance and the on call maintenance its always kept my house and family warm. Thank you!

Our boiler quit working over night. After several phone calls around town I found HeatSource. They not only had the single most cheerful lady (Christie I think her name was), she was the most helpful. Able to immediately give me both a time and cost estimate for the check to see what the problem was. The repair guy was at my house right when they said they would be and was able to figure out my boiler's issue right away. Very helpful, I would recommend them to anyone in their service area.

Saturday afternoon my water heater started leaking, using HomeAdvisor I was contacted by Heatsource within 5 minutes, I contacted their local plumber, Gene, who was at my house 10 minutes later. He had everything fixed in no time, despite a couple of obstacles due to the age of my system.I am still amazed about the expedient, efficient service I got. 5 star service!!!!!!!

My husband and I bought an older home that needed a new water heater badly. We've been looking at a tankless for heat efficiency. Drew from HeatSource inspected our old water heater and had us set up in no time. He answered all of my questions and the install took less than five hours. Customer service is wonderful. We are so happy with using HeatSource.

Gene was extremely knowledgeable and detailed! He was able to walk me through all of the work he was doing and taught me quite a bit so that I can fix minor issues instead if needing to call him back out again. He also pointed out a code issue that I can fix this summer! Yay to a new summer project! HeatSource is the best company in Alaska for all of your heating needs! Thank you!!!!

Dustin Shannon explained what would be done to replace my heater for an economical Hester, also Mr. Shannon gave me an estimate on wI would need down if I used Heat Dource in- house financing. Mr. Shannon was very professional and I came away not so overwhelmied with the Price of the Heater. . Thank you Heat Source Mechanical.

Gene was AMAZING!! Went above and beyond when he came to look at my furnace. Appreciate his honesty and clarity when he explained the situation to me. If you ever need to make that call, I would not hesitate to recommend Heat Source. 5 out of 5 for sure

I have been using Heatsource for a few years now and I couldn't be happier! I needed to get 7 heating systems inspected and serviced this fall as part of our yearly maintenance and it was a breeze to drop off keys, set up the work and then have it done in a timely professional manner. I enjoy their office staff, clean work, nice systems and ability to get a job done when they say they will!
