Heatsource came out to troubleshoot our tankless hot water heater. Although the water heater met it’s life expectancy their technician did a thorough check out and explained the process and final determination of the unit. We have been using Heatsource Mechanical for about 10 years and also have a yearly maintenance agreement with them. We are very pleased with the communication from the office and maintenance staff and the technicians are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional for the work they do.

I submitted a home warranty claim over a month ago and the initial tech dispatched was unable to resolve my issues. The recommendation was to “replace the unit because replacing these small parts repeatedly will cost just as much, or more, in the long run”.

I called HeatSource for a “second opinion” before paying $2,000 out of pocket for charges not covered under warranty. The technician, Denis, was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue preventing me from having hot water and heat for over a month.

5 star service, and I’ll recommend to everyone I know.

Denise, the technician that did the maintenance, has a great personality, is friendly, and is very knowledgeable. The office staff is very informative and friendly and kept me in the loop when there where unexpected changes and they worked with me in scheduling the service. I can highly and confidently recommend them for your next service, you can't go wrong.

HeatSource Mechanical is a great company. When we needed them they were johnny on the spot to install a new furnace. It was done in a days time and they did a great job. We were kept informed all the while they were working. Letting us know the progress of the job. They cleaned up completely when they were done. The workers are so polite and nice. The cost of the job was very reasonable. We highly recommend them if you need any work done.

These guys are excellent. I cannot express how nice it is to have streamlined technology integrated into a heating service company like this. From the text messaging feature to the technician tracker, everything makes it as easy as possible. Their communication skills are top notch. Their technicians are knowledgeable, skilled, polite, and clean.

Tech was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He was able to fix our problem very fast since he had the part we needed on the truck. The part was ridiculously expensive but I understand that’s not by fault of HeatSource and more so the manufacturer. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!

I had a “for sale” inspection completed on my boiler system. Jesse noticed a few things that needed to be repaired- he and Jackie were all over it! Jesse was able to get the repairs completed in the same day! So very pleased with the work and amazing professional service! 5/5 ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND❤️😁

I don't understand why there's a dispatch fee ontop of the service provided. I thought that was for emergencies. I called, made an appointment during regular hours, and was charged a fee basically for calling for your service. I don't understand. Sorry, I won't be calling again.

We had our dryer ducts cleaned, and thank goodness because there was a lot! This gives so much peace of mind, not having to worry about a potential fire. Technician was thorough, informative, personable & knowledgeable. We’ll absolutely be using them again.
