These guys are great. Can’t recommend them enough. Denis came out the next day and fixed my garage heat. He took a shot at a water heater that was past a decade and on its last legs too. Honestly he was very polite and even gave advice on some other heating questions I had. I highly recommend them.

I called and got an appointment the next day, for a PM for our furnace. Jesse was early, which was great, and very polite and professional, and already was wearing a mask. He was done in about an hour and a half and it cost $348 for the PM. I would definitely recommend HeatSource and Jesse! They even sent a text to track the tech so you could see when they would arrive, and each technician has a star rating. Thank you, Jesse!!

Had an issue with my garage heater. Making an appointment was easy and quick. Technician (Joe) was on time and professional. Heater started working before he got there so he couldn’t replicate the problem but he still did a thorough inspection and cleaning getting it ready for the winter.
Will definitely recommend heat source and Joe to friends/family.

I called Heat Source to do a inspection and maintenance on my Lochinvar wall hung boiler system. From start to finish I was impressed by the level of communication prior to arrival and after the service was completed. The tech who performed my service had 7 yrs experience and got the job done efficiently.

I feel responsible to update my previous review. I have been waiting over a month for the office staff to get back to me on supplying an estimate on repair/replacement cost and refund of $118.00. Refund for call out and not bleeding the air from my system but telling me it can’t be done without installing new valve. Without estimates I can’t make informed decisions and I’m left in an emergency situation. So... I bleed my system using existing valve myself and it worked, I got heat! I’m disappointed I’ve been ignored in what Heat Source knows to be a freezing house and in our AK environment this can be fatal, especially to a senior person. I hope this review helps others in making informed decisions for their safety/health and finances.

Thank you to Dennis for doing such a great job repairing my furnace. Dennis was quick to diagnose the problem, fix it and verify all is in working order. Dennis also gave me tips on how to improve efficiency in my heating system. Thank you again for a job well done.

Very responsive! I filled out the Home Advisor online questionnaire to have a water heater looked at. In less than 30 minutes I received a phone call from Heat Source Mechanical. She told me she could have Sean at my house in 90 minutes. She called me back when he would be arriving in 15 minutes. He arrived on time to look at my water heater and immediately identified the problem. He then produced multiple options with pricing and a date when it could be done. He was very professional, personable and couldn’t have done a better job!

I have had plumbers come to the house before, but I've never had someone so knowledgeable or nice to talk to. They are great. I can't believe I didn't end up using them sooner. Even the front desk gal is awesome. They rescheduled me at a moment's notice and weren't even upset.

They were prompt, fairly quick with a humidifier install on the furnace in the crawl space. Taught me how to use it and fix it which I thought was awesome. Overall great experience.

The entire experience was great. It was one of the coldest days of the year when I called. They called me and coordinated a quick appointment. The serviceman (Gene) came out and not only fixed what was wrong but educated me and answered all my questions. This was a great experience in a moment where as a homeowner I was uncertain of the problem and solution making me vulnerable to be taken advantage of. Two months removed from the service I can confidently say my heating system is working great and I didnt get taken advantage of. Thank you heat source!
