Although it was late in the day and might have been one of Frank's last stops we felt like it could have been his first. He was polite and wasted none of my time. Both are important to me. I would gladly have him back.

Based on my experience, HeatSource is the kind of company that strives to do things right even if they fail. So many times, when a "product" fails, it is easy to simply return it as being defective etc., but what about "service"... how is that measured and how do you make a claim against "service"? Well, HeatSource has accomplished just that... recently, I experienced what I would call poor service and they went out of their way to "make it right". There are very few companies out there who stand by their commitment to excellence and this is one of them.

It is refreshing to work with a company that operates on sound morals and integrity :)

Joe Gray REALLY WORKED HARD!!! He cleaned furnace ducts and even repaired one that needed to be put back together. Also fixed the filter slot so filter fit better. He was GREAT! I will be booking him to come back to clean the furnace & the HRV!!!!!

The capacitor went out on our furnace last night. We contacted Heat Source first thing in the morning. They came out by mid-morning; determined the problem, and replaced the part needed. The cost was reasonable. Their technician, Gene, was helpful in explaining what the problem was, and quick to fix it. I recommend this company, and would use them again.

This is the first time we have needed Heatsource and we can’t say enough about how pleased we are with their service. We called them as soon as they opened on a Friday morning due to our furnace not working. Gene our technician was at our home within a half hour of the phone call and had diagnosed the issue within 10 mins. He explained the problem with our furnace and what needed to be replaced. Heatsource had the part couriered from Anchorage to valley within a couple hours. The heat is back on and running great! Gene was great! He was informative and professional, as well as kind and playful with our nosey golden retriever. We highly recommend Heatsource and will be using them again if needed.

Very poor communication. No information left on the work purportedly completed. Cost of service is high.

Great, I had never used this company before and requested an estimate by email over the weekend. First thing Monday morning I received a call. I made an appointment for latter that day for a heater replacement estimate and had the heater installed at when I was available latter that week. All staff was very compitent from the office, estimater, and Tech. The installation was clean and working as designed. Very professional. I will be using Heatsource for my future heater needs.

Fast friendly service, even put little booties on to spare the carpet. Cost is high but they do excellent work. Dennis was great and explained the problem well. He gave us our options in a clear manner and did not just suggest the most expensive solution.

Heat Source has always been very responsive, and timely. Their technicians have always been helpful and friendly.

Anthony was punctual, professional, and understood my needs and able to talk through different options. Definitely recommend!
