It was 0 below Friday morning woke up without hot water, I tried to call most of heating services in the Valley to help me, most of them are booked.
I was worried my pipe will be froze can’t wait by Monday, then a polite customer service of Heat Source Mechanical called us back and told us they can send one of there technician. Jesse krey are professional and knowledgeable, he explain to me what is the problem. I will highly recommend Jesse Krey.

Not good experience. Technician had install issues with install and stated he would need to talk with manager. Manager made 3 appointments with us but never showed. After 4 weeks, still having issues with new installed furnace and Heat Source is failing to return calls. Many items installed improperly.

Joe assembled a shop unit we had taken apart due to obvious issues. He replaced/repaired the obvious items but upon operation test found another item that was faulty. After replacing that part everything works great. He was efficient and stayed on task.

Berzerkules II

These guys installed a natural gas boiler or something for my landlord and they ended up spilling diesel fuel in the basement when they cut the line. They didn't bother to tell the landlord about it. They just left like everything was fine. I had to tell the landlord. Anyways, I couldn't live in my house for about 10 days and had to stay in hotels with a family of 5. I was told that I would be reimbursed the hotel fees almost a month ago but they said the never received the receipts even though I sent them and was thanked by an employee for sending them. I also paid rent for 10 days that I was unable to live in my rental and had to take off work early to get kids to and from school since they could not ride the bus from a hotel. Easily down $2,000 in 10 days from a mistake Heatsource made and I have yet to receive compensation.

First day of frost and we wake up to a furnace that isn’t heating! The technician was able to come the same day we called. When he was on his way, we got a text that allowed us to track him so we knew right when he’d arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a blower module. Now we wait to see when the part can arrive and get installed. So far, so good with Heat Source!
