140 dollars just to show up, not added to service or labor. Then another 140 to return on another day when the part arrives. Then another 80 arrival fee to fix the problem they missed and wrongly diagnosed the first two visits upon returning a 3rd time. System never worked during any of the first two visits. Parts are marked up over 150%. Labor is about 200 an hour. Left without a working system first two times. After about 2 total hours in work, a cost of about 1600 USD for parts, arrival fees and labor, my worst experience ever with HVAC. In total about 1600 usd for repairs on a forced hot air furnace I honestly feel replacement would have been more effective and cheaper in the long run. I would advise using any other HVAC service over them.

Needed to have our furnace and on-demand hot water heater serviced for the sale of our house. Was able to get an appointment scheduled within 2 days. They came out and did the service, took about 2 hours. Very nice, polite and knowledgeable people. I would recommend them for your heater and hot water service needs.

I had an after hours call. The tech showed up for maybe 25 minutes, I did all the hands on work myself, and they still charged me over $375.

Our furnace went out at 2:30 AM. We called Heat Source as soon as they opened at 7:30 AM. They sent Gene out and by 3:00 PM everything was fixed and the house was toasty warm. What a great guy!!! We won’t go anywhere else! And, I hope Gene comes to our house every time. 5 stars well deserved for customer service, courtesy, timely service and great service technician!

Mike says he was courteous and professional, knew exactly what to look for. Fixed it quick in a timely manner and was out. We also love Joe! Great guys you have there!

I have had Heatsource Mechanical servicing our in floor heating system for over a decade. Thanks to their maintenance efforts, we have never had a "emergency" call. When issues have come up, they are always very responsive, from the person taking the call, to the tech in the field. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and work with a great deal of efficiency. We have had zero issues with mess, call-backs, billing, etc.

They are a very well run operation, that represents "small business" in the Valley very well.

After my initial contact they were able to fit my job in first thing the next day. Anthony had the needed part in his van and the cost was within budget. The work was completed quickly and neatly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They dont call back. The technician didnt want to listen to the history of the system, its previous issues or what maintenance was performed to fix the issue. They left and did not fix the issue and they proceed to give me the run around. I would call this company a parts changing company. If its broke, install a new one cause they cant troubleshoot . Proven to me twice. Once with my forced air furnace and now with my hot water heater.
5 stars on new installs though. They do new installs very well.
Update: After having a long discussion With the owner I will give then an average of a 2 for an over all score. The conversation started rather roughly. We were able to come to an understanding that the technician should have listened about previous issues. I am still not convinced that what was recommended is needed due to the neglect of listening to previous issues. Although, It was my understanding that if the component recommended for repair did not solve the issue we would be credited for misdiagnosis.

Our Boiler stopped working at night ,called a technician came out that morning ! Technician was knowable of the system and quickly found the problem. It was up and running with new parts in a two hour period. Will use them again great customer service 👍
